Guy fixes it then turns to my wife and I and says" my boss needs me to charge $186 for the service!" My wife says "what about its $69.99" guy then says "ok it $69.99" This is shady BS. Is this guy working on profit for himself, do they not have a structured pricing program. This was and easy job. Steer clear of this company.

Today we have a leak in our dishwasher and I sent him a text message. Within minutes he called me and he was helping me troubleshoot the problem. Turns out I probably need a New machine instead of a repair. That is based on the age of the machine and leak issue. Steve spent nearly 20 Minutes on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue.
