The other owner, whose name I also forget, is an insane in the best way character, tattooed from head to toe. We sat by the bar and found out this was the first Irish bar in Florence. Most folks were English speaking in the pub, and all the beers were delicious! Got a snake bite the first round, and then a Guinness to round out the evening before walking over to Mercato Centrale for a late night bite. Service was great and attentive, the peanuts tasty and the beer, divine. Highly recommend if you need a nice draft, get it here while you're in town. The way he pours the beer into the glass, clears the foam off, and dips the glass so its all nice and perfect for you. Such a pro.
