So happy we found this place! The owner/bartender has a passion for artisan cocktails and he sure creates the best drinks we've had in Italy. Def worth coming and trying. Unbelievable knowledge of spirits from all over the world. If you enjoy the speakeasy style with a master mixologist this is your place! Our favs were espresso martini, Gauguin and little red riding hood.

Best bar / cocktails I've had in Italy. The owner is taking/making/delivering the highest quality drinks and he is so sweet. The interior is amazing as well. Could not recommend this place more.

This place is literally the best find in Florence for a chill, authentic experience. Small, local bar filled with art made by the owner. Music playlist is curated by the artist's wife, which is unique indie rock covers of the Beatles, Zepplin, Nirvana, CCR, and the like. So much fun to sit in here listening to the music, enjoying the art and indoor plants, but most of the all the incredible cocktails. Silvio the bartender is much more of a mixologist, having created some of the best cocktails I've had - especially the "Frida Kahlo" which is a mezcal version of a negroni with dried onion and freshly torched chili pepper to mix in. Totally unforgettable!

We stopped in for a late night cocktail on the way back to the hotel and were so happy we did! We ordered the Old Fashioned and the Paloma Spritz. Both were delicious. The place is full of eclectic art and great music is playing. It is a very romantic spot for the end of a date!!

The sandwiches have these fun names that changes with the season. The Denzel Washington & Massimo Boldi sandwiches were yummy. I found these panini's to be better than All' Antico Vinaio panini's, sorry. The late night vibe had me dancing in my seat with the music choices!

The owner and staff were fantastic, very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. The wine bar itself is a small quaint little place. Probably seats about 12 to 15 people total and has plenty of windows so you can see passersby and people watch. The cheeseboard? Get the cheeseboard. They do a fantastic job of pairing everything together to really bring so many flavors to your tastebuds. Their house wine is phenomenal and they take great pride in finding the grapes/different varietals to make it come to life. They have a both a red and a white house wine option. The second time we went - and yes, we went more than once in the four days we were there - we enjoyed one of the sandwiches and it was absolutely amazing. The bread, I can't even explain, the bread it's so flavorful and so good and so light. That paired with the delicious meats and cheeses were 100% worth it. I definitely recommend this location to anybody who is visiting Florence regularly or for their first time.

A taste of the states in Florence, Italy…read more Believe it or not, when you're traveling in Italy for 12 days and pretty much only drinking prosecco and aperol spritz's this was a WELCOME change of pace. P.S. if you didn't know, cocktail culture in Italy is not a thing. This was one of the ONLY cocktail bars we stumbled upon during our trip and the atmosphere brought us in from the street. The atmosphere is hipster, retro, memorable and fun! The cocktail list is TO DIE FOR. The owner who was serving us, spent two years in the states mastering the art to bring it back. The list was super creative and well balanced for the season and heat. I opted for a cocktail with fresh squeed Grapefruit, Gin, fresh JUNIPER BERRIES, rosemary and elderflower tonic. It was served in a giant wine glass with ice and they give you the tonic on the side so you can make it as strong as you want. I thought this presentation was lovely, whimsical and fun. The cocktail was one of the best I've ever had and that is saying A LOT. Since I've been back I cannot stop thinking about it. For my second I got a blackberry, sage drink. It was good, but not nearly as memorable as the first. The hubs got an aperol spritz again, and to finish we got some sparkling rose - perfect for a hot night. We just did not want to leave this place! The service, the quality, the atmosphere. This place is killer!
