If you are a new patient at this office be sure to get a second opinion. I take good care of my teeth and have never had a cavity. My first appointment in this office consisted of the team telling me I had 7 cavities and bad gums. The hygienist "walked" me through my x-rays and explained where the cavities were very quickly, pointing out things that didn't add up. I left with an estimate for almost $4k out of pocket in dental work. I have since seen other dentists and surprise surprise: have NO cavities. I even just had a cleaning at another office where the dentist indicated I have "star student" teeth. The office is nice and the staff seem friendly, but they are definitely in the business of taking advantage of people and upselling you for services you don't need. read more

Beware of heavy upselling! I went here and was recommended invisalign and night guards immediately after xrays. I mentioned that I do not have any jaw pain/tension yet the hygienist said if I grit my teeth occasionally during stressful moments, then I "most certainly" do so at night and therefore should consider a night guard. I also have no alignment issues as I see an orthodontist. I had the worst periocharting experience of my life here. I had gum pockets measured four times before with no pain or bleeding, yet when done here, there was blood on every tooth and the pain was so bad I wrenched my face away. I have a very high pain tolerance so I knew this was a bad experience. Of course the hygienist told me I have early periodontal disease and need a deep cleaning. Interesting, because no hygienist in the last 20 years has ever told me I need one. The hygienist assigned to me has six months experience at this clinic and has no basis to recommend invisalign prior to the dentist reviewing my xrays. I have never had a hygienist sell me invisalign and found it totally inappropriate. I get that it's hugely profitable but treat your patients as individuals, not money machines. I did not get the preventive teeth cleaning I scheduled weeks in advance. Instead I wasted an hour here and left with toothpaste samples. I got a second dentist's opinion and this place was totally off-base with their diagnoses. There is a difference between prescribing required treatment and ripping off patients with needless workup plans. Thank God Im naturally skeptical and went elsewhere. read more

Uncomfortable. While laying back in chair waiting for treatment, I could hear some of the girls in the room where they clean up talking. They were critiquing their patients and coworkers. Mae and Emma were the most vocal. It made me wonder if they would be discussing me next after I left. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. James Brennan for 20 years! That alone tells you a lot. Whenever I have had an emergency they see me immediately. Dr. Brennan and his entire staff are complete professionals. Lisa always has a smile and kind word. The office waiting area is a beautiful place to wait, however, there is never a wait! Your appointment is scheduled so that you can count on your appointment being on time. If you need work, they will sit with you and explain all procedures and costs to you, if any, in detail. Office was very clean and organized to accommodate new Covid-19 requirements. The door coming into the office from the hallway was open, so I didn't need to touch the handle. The office person asked me several questions listed on the computer screen if front of me and she entered the information for me, so I didn't need to touch anything. She then asked me to sanitize my hands and take a seat to wait for my appointment. Very well done, and it made me feel confident that I was in a clean, safe environment. This environment followed me through the rest of my appointment and made me feel comfortable, even after I left the office, knowing the correct precautions were followed. read more

Doctor Brennan and all of the staff are simply the best! I have been to a lot of dentists in my day and I can confidently say Doctor Brennan's office is the best at what they do. Everything from scheduling and billing (Lisa is such a kind soul and so great at her job and making everyone feel welcome), treatment, cleanings, general questions and dental advise, etc., they take the time to listen and care. I have never felt rushed out of the chair and I have never felt like I was being told I needed something that wasn't necessary. The office environment is super cozy, there are TVs to watch while you are in the chair, everything is exceptionally clean, they have the latest and greatest technology for teeth cleaning (but can still use older technology if you prefer), they offer Invisalign (thanks Pauline you made the experience so great for me!), and I could go on for days. Oh and I don't think I've ever waited tor more than 5 minutes before being called back, what a well-oiled (but very personable) machine! I have referred many friends and they all feel the same way. I am going to be honest, I have never wanted to hug a team more than Lisa, Angela, and Dr. Brennan. It's been a tough year and a half and taking care of myself has fallen very much by the wayside as I've been on the frontline of this pandemic. So I'm new to the area and end up with a dental emergency and this lovely team did everything to get me in day of. They were so sweet, reassuring, and calm. Not once was there a discussion about my failure to take take of myself and there was only a ton of grace and kindness from this amazing team. They do such a good job of looking at the whole picture of a person and I loved the discussion about how some of my eating habits may have played into my teeth problems. They are so knowledgeable, team oriented, and very on the ball. The plan of care concept they have is very patient oriented and I am here for it! Snaps all around. When I was looking for a new dentist (because my former dentist didn't take my new insurance plan), I got a couple of recommendations. I tried the first recommendation and it was not a good experience at all, so I tried the second recommendation, which was Brennan Dentistry. It couldn't have been better! From the minute I walked in the door, I was in very professional hands, but also what a friendly staff! I was introduced to everyone who would be treating me, and Dr. Brennan has been great.
