He was very detailed and professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. Having left I told him I would get back to him once I made my decision. I was in two minds between epoxy and ceramic and I expressed my interest for both to Julio but unfortunately they don't do ceramic. After considerable thought I called him the next day to move forward because he made me feel very comfortable about this decision to take on this project sooner than later . He had his office contact me to setup my appointment to commence my 3 day service. I am very pleased with how it all turned out and would definitely recommend them. I'm very meticulous when it comes to things being done to perfection and that it was :) The entire experience was a great one including dealing with the men who came to do the flooring. 5 star service for sure!

They came back once fade the first month as same issues were present then floor still had issues after they said they fixed (reluctantly as they claimed their guarantee doesn't include wear and tear but what wear and tear it was a month of hardly any use .(again one small car and a bike and no traffic once a day car comes in and out thats it ) they finally gave a small refund not offering to fix however now it will have to cost me 3500 to have another company fix as they said they have to start from scratch this company should come back and make it right even with the small refund but they refuse no one I know who has had this done ever had holes occur or fading if company makes right i will update but with their attitude i doubt that will happen or they should refund the full amount so i can have another company start from scratch

You need honest, fair prices and a beautifully curated selection of stone to choose from. Stone Design is small but mighty. I happened upon the yard while driving to a client meeting and thought, hmmmm...what the heck is that spectacular slab doing in front of that little place?! I walked in and nearly fell out of my high heels. I'd shopped EVERYWHERE for several months - as my major renovation was going painfully slow and I wasn't finding anything I loved. My fateful stop that day was a hail-mary last chance effort. Farley, Nathalia, and the entire crew are top notch. No joke. As I walked through, they answered my questions without any pressure. No one followed me or hounded me with questions. They had a relatively small but beautifully curated selection, more thick slabs than the cheaper thin ones that others try to trick you with, then charge you more for creating an edge. When I landed on something I liked they suggested I go directly to their supplier to look at more slabs because they knew that particular "lot" or "series" had more very pretty pieces and I needed 5 that flowed together. They could have tried to "sell" me and might have been successful. But Nathalia was just as excited about the idea of me finding the perfect flow and fit. My designer and I headed over their partner/supplier and we were treated like VIP's because apparently Farley is the best installer/fabricator they work with. They couldn't say enough about him. "Kind, considerate and hard working" were how he was described and after doing business with him I wholeheartedly concur. The supplier gave me their price. Farley made his money on the fabrication and install. As a small business owner I appreciated the effort it took to get my job done. As our kitchen renovation careened into Thanksgiving, they moved heaven and earth to get our installation done on time staying into the night to get everything just right. You don't have to buy the entire slab. At Stone Design's yard you pay for what you use. Loved that! They gave me suggestions that saved me money and gave me a fair price on EVERYTHING they did, including the marble top they put on a old buffet I reinvented, and the pass-thru shelves we placed outside the kitchen windows. People gasp and clutch their chest when they enter my kitchen and I don't think it's my cooking. I live on Miami Beach and drove 40 miles up to Pompano to do business with them. The chest clutching and jaw dropping was worth it. I love Stone Design and the great people they employ and do business with. It is the only place to go.
