I recently purchased a new home and I've been dealing with a lot of service professionals. I've been so frustrated with the lack of customer service in south Florida. I cringed at the thought of taking on a new flooring project throughout the entire house. I contacted Atlantic Coast Flooring and expected more of the same ole poor service routine. I couldn't have been more surprised that they actually care about customer service. I spoke with Fabio and I could tell right away that this was going to be different. Fabio answered about 1000 of my questions and maintained patience and professionalism. He assessed my needs and made recommendations based on what I wanted, not what he wanted. The actual installation went quick and smooth. Every day the installers cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed. They kept me posted often and finished the entire house in 3 days. I was feeling hopeless. No one would come fix my laminate floor!!!!!! My dad had moved out recently after living here for 12 years. I had no idea how long the floor had been buckled. Figured I would have to rip it all out and cost me a fortune as I continue to renovate. I needed to fix my laminate floor and staircase l saw that Atlantic Coast Flooring had amazing reviews so I called them. Fabio answered the phone he was very pleasant and immediately told me that since I worked he can accommodate me and come after 5:00 pm to give me an estimate on the same day. He came to my house gave me an estimate so I asked when he can do the job and he replied I can do it right now I was very surprised. He did a great job he also moved my furniture and put everything back into place and left everything very clean. I was looking for a contractor to replace the carpet on the second floor of my house. Fabio came over and explained the benefits of luxury vinyl flooring since we had an older house with an uneven subfloor. Also, the fact that the LVT was waterproof. We purchased the materials and set a date for installation. The floors came out great. Fabio came by each day to make sure everything was on track and the work was being performed properly. Company repaired our damaged wood flooring. Water seeped through cement and caused mold on parts of the wood floor. We had a box of the wood. Atlantic Coast Flooring were able to remove the mold and replace the damaged parts of the slats. They did a very professional job and no one would be able to tell that it was repaired.
