Y'all... I'm too excited to write this review! If you need flooring, this is the only place you need in your life! This crew is freakin' amazing! My husband and I are at the tail end of major home demo and reno, and installing new floors-- of course-- is a part of that. We met with 3 flooring vendors and ultimately decided on Quantum because 1) Gui was and continued to be such a pleasure to communicate and work with and 2) the bottom line number was the best (cost matters!). As you might imagine with heavy demo/ reno, we've had a ton of different vendors in and out. Not all are created equal! But THIS crew blew us the f**k away, and I am a super critical lady! Their work is unmatched, in my opinion. The install team is so thoughtful, skillful, CLEAN, fast (4 days done!) and incredibly friendly. The devil's in the details and these guys know it! Our new wood flooring looks phenomenal, and that's an understatement! We needed to live in our house during this entire process and anyone who has lived in and through demo knows that's less than ideal. This team was the ONLY set of vendors we had that took that into account and carefully worked with us so we could continue to work & live from home. I have to give extra kudos to Gui who took such great care of us and like the service champ he is, expertly and professionally handling any concerns or random questions. I've been super hands on and hyper organized during this entire home demo/ reno project and not once did Gui become frustrated with me-- I know I can be extra, extra ;-) His customer service is A1 and we OVER appreciate the combo of excellent customer service + outstanding work. He made making a selection easy for me. He came as scheduled to take measurements and expedited the scheduling of the installation.
