It's up to a 7.2 mile trail out and back. You can go any distance you chose. I would rate this as a moderate trail. They allow camping after the first five miles of the trail. The end of the seven miles tops out at 10,000 feet. This trail is accessible from May through October. Good parking! We only went a mile up because of a thunderstorm rolling in. It was all along a river! Super beautiful !! I wish I had more time to hike the rest! Can't wait to come back and finish the trail!

She was knowledgeable and took time to answer our group's questions at the end. She seemed very passionate about her work; she would say things like, "check this out - it's really cool". Overall this is an interesting place to check out if you need something to do in this area. It might be a fun date spot or come with friends.

There are public skate times so check the website for those. The cost is inexpensive! $10 for all day skating and skate rental. If you have a newbie on the ice, they have safety cones which slide on the ice with you as you hold on. Easy peasy! The more advance skaters will skate around you. Today, there were more than 50 people all ranging in age from probably 7-60...no joke! The music is great; my daughter and her friends enjoy singing and skating to the beats. They offer food such as pizza, hotdogs, nachos, and chili. There is also ice cream and cocoa. The rental skates are in great condition and the staff was really friendly.
