Because of time constraints, I was looking for local print shops in Chicago to save me some time making niche trading cards instead of traditional business cards, and I needed A LOT printed. Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack. WHOOPS!) But when I saw the final product in my hands, I was very impressed by the professional quality and material! Can't argue with the price I paid either, because ~$0.44 per card of THIS QUALITY is amazing. I'm just really glad that I found a shop that was quick, reliable, and able to accommodate something very niche like original/custom trading cards. I will definitely tell my friends who like to make DIY projects about you guys! Thank you!

The price was great and the turnaround quick. I paid extra to upgrade the shirt, get a larger size, and get it in 3 business days. The shirt was ready in 1 or 2 days and only cost $25. And because they are local I could pick it up instead of having the extra time and expense to ship it. There was pickup window and I got my shirt in about 5 minutes. I wished I could have gone in and checked out the shirts on the wall, but the store was closed due to the pandemic. The shirt even came in a surprisingly nice box. Most of all, I was really pleased with how the shirt came out. The design was digitally printed on the shirt. The colors are correct and it looks pretty sharp. I was warned by a different company that it would not look good if done by digital printing. I don't know expect the print to last forever, but it looks liked I had hoped it would. The shirt itself is soft and seems to be good quality. I will definitely go back here the next time I have an idea for a shirt and would recommend to anyone who wanted a custom t-shirt.

Put the tracking number I was given into my UPS app, but the app never updated me, which I thought was strange. Several days later, I checked my UPS app and it showed my order was delivered the day before, to a different city in Illinois. When I tried to view the delivery photo, the app showed that I needed to enter an email address with a different domain than my email address. I called the Wicker Park store, which is the main storefront, and said that it appeared they had sent my order to someone else. The person who answered the phone could not have cared less, told me there was nothing she could do, and I needed to call their shipping service. I asked if they were a vendor, and the store said yes. I asked who had the authority to resend my package, and they said it was up to the shipping service. I told them they were the store that sold me the item and if they were not going to ensure I received it, I was going to file a Better Business Bureau complaint, which I since have done. I called the shipping service and they told me they were actually part of the company, not a vendor. It would have been helpful for the person answering the phone at the actual store to know that, which they did not. I gave the shipping clerk my order number, and they confirmed that my package had been sent to somebody else, living at an address in Wilmette. I asked how that happened, and they told me that the printer they use for shipping labels sometimes prints duplicate labels, and this has happened before. They offered to re-ship my item but in order to ensure I actually got it, I had to make a special trip to their Andersonville store in the middle of another snowstorm to pick it up in person, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. My question is, if they know their shipping label printer is screwed up, and they keep occasionally sending orders to the wrong people, why don't they just replace the printer? Why did it fall on me, and I'm sure other customers, to figure out they had sent my order to an incorrect address, and then to have to essentially beg across two phone numbers to finally receive the order I had paid for? Lots of completely unnecessary stress because this store is too cheap to fix what they know is an ongoing, not insignificant problem. Knowing that they occasionally send things people have already paid for to other people and don't care to fix that issue? That's why I submitted my Better Business Bureau complaint.
