This was her very first time away from home, and the teachers were incredibly kind and reassuring. We were worried in the beginning about how she would adjust, but they sent sweet photos of her being comforted and held, and thanks to their warmth and patience, she adjusted beautifully. Before long, she was eagerly looking forward to school each day! She adores all the special classes, but music with Miss Momo on Fridays is definitely her favorite. One of the highlights of the year was the holiday show they performed for the families. Seeing those little ones dressed as elves, singing, and shaking their instruments putting their whole hearts into it was absolutely precious. Our granddaughter has truly blossomed at Palisades Preschool. She's become quite the social butterfly and talks all the time about her friends at school. The teachers often send photos and videos during the day, and it's so clear from those big smiles that the kids are having the time of their lives while learning and growing. On days that I pick her up from school, I'm amazed at how joyful and excited all the children are at Palisades Preschool. It's been such a wonderful year, and while we're a little sad to see it end, we're thrilled she'll be joining the summer camp and moving on to the 3s class this fall.

My daughter reports that she was bored (THE TUTOR) in the classes and there seemed to be no connection between homework and classwork. The class really jumped around. We quickly found a much better tutor for HALF of the price. She is doing much better now. The English tutor is very nice and funny. My daughter likes him a lot, personally. I was simply looking for a SIXTH GRADE ENGLISH CURRICULUM. That's it. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. He pulled homework from online that made no sense, nothing was level specific. He would start one idea and then switch to another. We gave this class more time hoping it would improve but it did not. He seemed to not have a plan at all. After explaining these situations to the Fusion administrators, we were told that the contract is "ironclad" and that we would not be able to have any sort of refund. Then, one of them emailed me to have a "phone conversation" regarding what it is "exactly" that I want. I would like my daughter to have a 6th grade English curriculum, which is what was advertised online and in their materials. This is NOT what I received. Do NOT bring your family to this Fusion. Find tutors elsewhere. They really do not care about the quality of education (obviously) and just a business. After such missteps, you would think that they would reconsider their contract. Really. The course concluded in Mid-March 2023 versus January 2023 and I'm still waiting for correction of my records (the school has submitted the wrong information at least 3 times). Also, prior to the start of our classes, we'd acknowledge 'OK' that we were being video recorded. I've requested copies/access to the videos to study for my exam, but Mr. Subramanian first told me he'd have to pull them 'Out of the Cloud' and now he's denying that any recordings ever existed. The missing videos included Question/Answer sessions, invaluable class interaction/feedback and, their existence is verifiable by all students who attended the course. Mr. Subramanian appears to know his way around the VA Edu system and that they're not likely to hold him accountable. But I feel an obligation to warn EVERYONE, especially veterans, about this man and this school.

It was an individualized program which we like. To start, they gave her mock tests for both SAT and ACT. Based on mock test results, and an analysis of her skills, they decided she would have a better chance for a high score on ACT than SAT. My daughter was able to finish the ACT with a near perfect score after only 25 hours of tutoring. We are so happy with our decision. I would recommend the Ridgewood center to anyone who is looking for individualized SAT/ACT tutoring.
