Unfortunately, today I felt the need to review this business due to the trauma my son has been facing. My son attended this center for less than 8 months. In which two major head injuries occurred (see photo). One hematoma on the forehead which has left him with permanent muscle tear and is visible when he cries or laughs real big. Second injury was staples on his head because they allowed another child to hit my son with a very heavy plastic toy that gashed my son's head pretty deep. This is not ALL staff but certainly some young ones who clearly are not meant to be in The field to care for children. Sadly also management not being more proactive to make sure teachers are more aware of the children's surroundings. These are only 2 incidents that I felt justifiable enough never to return. There were other incidents of my child constantly being bitten. My reason for writing this is because the staples incident occurred 4/4/2025 and today my son had a complete meltdown scared to return to a new daycare... still naming the child from kindercare who hurt him. I'm not blaming the child I'm blaming management for having people who don't care and for not being more involved in the classroom. When my husband returned the following Monday to retrieve our sons belongings the staff didn't even bat an eye and that's very sad to hear. The reviews you see here are from management office pushing to get reviews from both parents and staff. They aren't real reviews. I only know this because I was one of the parents who received those request in November/December. Due to the biting incidents it took me awhile to review. But after the hematoma I removed it. All bad reviews seem to have been deleted. I hope they do better... for the children's safety and for the parents who have to work and shouldn't have to worry about their children's safety.

If you have a child who doesn't move or speak, maybe this place is fine, but for my active son, paying over $1800 a month feels like throwing money away for a daycare that seems clueless about how to manage a child. After two consecutive days on 5/27--telling me I had half an hour to pick him up because he was climbing on furniture, which is typical kid behavior. I had to pull him out. My 18-month-old son faced discrimination from both the director and the regional director because of his special needs--he has a speech delay and is already receiving early intervention. When I took my first tour on 1/23, I explained all of my son's needs in great detail, and Victoria assured me that there would be no problem, that it was normal for his age. On the second tour on 3/11 with Rosie, I reiterated my son's needs, and once again, they said it was normal. Even uploaded and provided my son early intervention evaluation But when he started on 4/1, I received constant complaints. I was called on 4/3, 4/7, and 4/14 about minor incidents like biting another child, without anyone witnessing what actually happened. On 4/16, they reported he was running around and tried to bite a teacher's finger, and on 4/23, he hurt himself by slipping. Then on 5/5, he bit another child again without anyone clarifying the situation. That same day, they told me he put his hand in the toilet. This center has cornered me into providing documentation from doctors who have no clue what they're being asked for, since it's inappropriate for his age. They don't work with parents to help teach the kids; it's incredibly frustrating. Also when stuff happens to my son no report was given nor anyone knew what happened. Requested report from manager and still nothing.

She understands the needs of working parents since she is very involved and hands on herself, opening the center daily. She also used to be a teacher and is extremely supportive to her teaching team because she shares the same passion for providing quality care and education to children in the community. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful (you have to see it to believe it) and TLE's curriculum is hands down the most comprehensive educational program I've had the ability to work with. ABC's, spelling, articulating, counting, identifying, etc. The thing I love the most is how they teach the children compassion, emotions & coping mechanisms. I will start with the owners, I think. NEVER have I seen owners be so involved within the facility setting as I see here. I am not talking about seeing their faces once in a blue, they are there every day!! They know the parents and children by name, they know what is going on at all times within the facility and that is a big deal for me. They are involved with the children's mile stones as well which is so heart warming to me. They also assist in the classrooms when assistance is needed. They do not hesitate to jump in to assist their staff!!! Another big deal for me. Now lets talk about the staff. From the Director, Receptionist, to the classroom staff I love them all!!! They are all welcoming and knowledgeable. Even the classrooms my son is not apart of greet my son by his first name and are pleasant to interact with. In my son's class-Miss Crystal, Miss Maria, Miss Ola, Miss Clementina thank you for caring for my son as if he was your own, it really makes me feel at peace when I am at work to know he has awesome teachers as yourself taking care of him. it makes me so happy when I see my son interact in a positive, happy way with all of you. Another favorite of mine who may go unnoticed, under the radar is Miss Betty. Thank you for feeding our children, I can't imagine the task of getting that many little meals together. Trust me I have this much positive to say due to an experience at Tutor Time when my son was thankfully only there for a month until Kinder Kastle opened, so I know the difference of a daycare that will make us moms feel satisfied and at peace. I will leave it at that since this review is supposed to be something for Kinder Kastle and not about another daycare. I also want to say that in this daycare, one of things I appreciate is their strict illness policy. If your child is ill and you are cleared to bring your child back, your note from the physician must specify "not contagious". Makes sense right? I wouldn't want a child coming back in from having something contagious and the parent brought them back in just because, especially when you are paying for services. It would be courteous to the other parents, children and staff to simply ask your physician to specify "not contagious". If you have a physician who isn't able to simply add a comment as simple as that for proper documentation purposes, then maybe you need another physican-just saying! :) Again, thank you all for all you do for my family and I. This daycare is very unorganized,…read morethe caregivers are not professional and don't seem to be experienced, some don't seem to love kids or just persons that you can trust with your kids specially with infants. They make you fill out so many forms about your babies schedule and instructions to just do whatever they want, feed them when they want as well as changing their diapers. They would put products on my baby's skin without my authorization. If you call during the day to see how your child is doing, they would get annoyed and give you attitude. All they want is money, don't let them trick you with the security systems and nice daycare, they do not care about the kids. All of the staff look unhappy and not wanting to do their jobs. I DO NOT recommend this daycare to NO one. Don't trust them specially with vulnerable infants. My experience was awful, I gave them time to put their shit together and spoke to everyone, even the director, to avoid writing this review and having to switch daycare. I think I trusted this facility way too much and had very high expectations, this is why now I'm so disappointed. My baby's first day when I picked up my 3mon old baby her pants were all wet of pee, my daughter was left alone in a corner awake in a swing far away from the other kids and unattended by the teachers, when I grabbed her she was freezing, the air conditioner was too low so when I carried her she was shaking, she was only given 2 bottles of milk during the full 8 hours that she was there (my baby eats a lot) I told them her eat schedule and wrote everything down on a form they provided, she usually eats every 2 hours and even before. When I saw her pants wet and felt how cold she was I asked the teacher (Jayda/Jayra whatever her name is) her answer was "well I just changed her diaper!" (with a nasty attitude) I replied by showing her my baby's pants so she can notice the wetness on it (she never made eye contact) she proceed with grabbing a tablet and slamming it in front of me to show the times she was supposedly changed but that doesn't really means she was changed on time cuz she can document what ever she wants on there and not necessarily be done. I was so irritated that I did not react any other way then just grab my baby and leave the center with my eyes full of tears. After I got home I called and spoke to the manager (Ashley I believe is her name) the director (Kimberly) was also aware, supposedly everything was gonna change but I was already concerned about my daughters safety and treatment. The next day that teacher (Jayda/Jayra) wasn't in my baby's classroom but the teachers there were still not following my baby's schedule, they were not giving the baby her bottles on time, they would always put the excuse that baby was sleeping. I also took my baby some sleepers so she can stay warm in her classroom since it was so cold in there but they would take it off and lose her socks.The third day when I went to drop her off, I went in the classroom and I waited almost 10 min for the teacher to go inside the classroom to take my baby so I can rush to work but she was too busy gossiping with another teacher in another classroom. Every time I use to go drop her off or picked her up, there was a different teacher which didn't know anything about the instructions I had gave to the previous teacher, their communication skills were horrible. This is not a place to trust, it's full of unprofessional and poorly trained staff that are only there for a paycheck and not necessarily because they like kids.
