I don't have much eyebrows but she did a great job with what I have
Ivy F.

I did a walk-in for a Mani/Pedi and eyebrow waxing. I was greeted and seated right away. Now I know I have the ugliest feet ever but what can I do about it?! And on top of that I haven't been treating these babies well, being that my last pedicure was five months ago for my wedding. ‍I apologized to the manicurist in advance for the work I knew she was about to put in. And that she did, she went to town on these feet! I am so happy with the services I received today, everything came out very well! Now they are a little bit pricey in my opinion but once you see how beautiful and clean the salon is, you'll find it's worth it! I'm in town for work and will be here until July and in that time I will definitely revisit this salon! I'm going to show my before and after pictures please don't be alarmed

I have come to the salon several times over the past few years. I am generally happy with every visit. Today I had the best pedicure I think I've ever had. And my nails are beautiful. The staff has stayed mostly the same. Is it the cheapest, probably not. But you do get what you pay for.

My daughter came home with "Lee Press On" nail quality. Extremely rude to her. She's 15! Bottom line here is why do you feel it is okay to clearly take advantage of the younger generation if they visit your establishment without a parent. I'm not impressed. Look how dirty the nail dryers are. FWIW - used tampon applicator in bathroom.

I walked into this establishment and was greeted very warmly. Linda was very kind and helpful. I had a pedicure with a little extra massage and tea wrap. It was lovely. Then I had a manicure with regular nail polish and she was wonderful and pleasant. She help me pick out some lovely colors. I was really surprised when I got a neck shoulder and back massage. That really topped off my experience. It was my birthday and I was so happy and relaxed when I left. I recommend Art Nail Spa

This place deserves a good review. Got a gel mani and regular pedicure for $90. The nail technician was very friendly and overall experience was relaxing. Not 5 stars because they could be a little more sterile. Would visit again.

Where she cut me twice was red and burned as she was putting stuff on the entire time

I went in for a walk in to get a fill and a gel polish change on my toes. The lady who did my toes I har a good experience from. The lady doing my nails was rude. She cut me a couple times with no disregard, and did a mediocre job on my nails. I asked her to fix a couple things and she seemed annoyed with me and rushed through fixing them super quickly. I've never not tipped somewhere but when I went to pay I didn't put a tip down because I was not happy with my nails and how the lady was acting. She saw I didn't put a tip down and pretty much forced me to leave one

Skin on clippers and other tools. Plus in the tray...hint hint...not mine

I've been here before and had a good experience. Thus time the guy used his 2 fingers to drop wet dog food on the floor for the poodle. Then my spa station was dirty so in goes the liner. He had dirty tools with someone else's skin still on them. Worn out files. Also dirty and served up on a dirty tray with slimy scum on it. Filthy just disgusting. I asked him to please get clean and streamlined tools. Nope he went to proceed and I got up any left.

new white floors make it super bright in here

I have been here about 3 times now and would say this will be my go-to nail salon. It's closer to my house then the Vy Nails, which I was going to before and the consistency is better. I like UV Gel manicures, I've never done the powder and hadn't heard about it until I moved up here. They have a lot of choices on the colors for UV Gel, not just Shellac. It is a very spacious nail salon, there are couches for waiting periods, you could definitely fit a lot of people in here if there were enough manicurists. I came one night when there wasn't anyone left and they called someone in to come in 10 minutes- that was pretty good. The only negative I had about that day was it took an hour and a half from the time I got there to the time I left. I like having my French manicure done with a thicker line then most people and she was using the smaller brush = twice as long. Pedicures are comfy, a little quicker then I would like but overall I liked it. Make sure you have a lot of time when visiting here, it takes times so have some patience. They have a 'member card' where you can have them sign it and after 10 times you can get a free 10 minutes massage or $10 manicure for free. Not a bad place so if you're shopping around for a nail salon, I say give this a try at least!

Don't know how others have issues. Everytime I get a fill I get a very hard design and everytime they have delivered perfectly with the results. If you want nail techs that follow your picture to a t, go to them. If you don't want to wait, go mid day or later in the afternoon on a weekday like past 6:30. My nails always end up beautiful and perfect, and as for the dog he is just precious! This is definitely the best nail salon I've been to around here and I've been to many.

Great place to do nails has another one in jubilee plaza in horseheads

Any concerns, to include billing and scheduling, have to be addressed through their patient portal. If you're not set up for that, or if the technology is difficult for you, I guess you're out of luck because of their desire for the almighty profit. Also, they indicated that I was 30 days overdue on a bill, but after calling insurance, Insurance said that Ageless never sent the invoice to them. They said they would gladly pay once they receive the invoice. And to add insult to injury, they added a finance charge to another the first invoice they sent me.

The…read more"manager" simply got her role because she married the owner- she knows absolutely nothing about being a massage therapist, esthetician or manicurist. You can expect a 3 minute "intake" (this is where the therapist is SUPPOSED to learn about your medical history, medications and current physical/mental state in order to develop a custom treatment plan and keep YOU safe... The management in this spa couldn't care less about your safety or you as a person in general. You are simply a wallet with legs that they're looking to gather their fee from and hustle through the turnstile.) Staff turnover is rampant- as is client turnover. I've been there several times- then found a REAL therapist who actually cares about their clients and listens to my needs- not someone who spends 3 minutes pretending to listen and then does as they please. No good massage therapists work here any longer than they have to- mainly because you can't work here AND care about your clients/give them the quality they're paying their hard earned money for. This place is a joke... Trying to make a place APPEAR nice in no way means that the management OR staff are caring or competent... Each time I had a different therapist, and yet the massages were all the same (way too rough- I felt like I'd been hit with a bag of rocks for several days afterward each time and had my muscles forcefully "cracked" with deep elbow strokes despite informing the therapist that I DON'T LIKE FEELING BEAT UP AFTER A SESSION). The therapist told me herself that she "loves really digging in there and getting at those muscles". Again, despite my requests to both the reception staff AND the massage therapists, only one actually listened- and, like all the good caring ones, she left and opened her own practice less than a year later (which, incidentally, is how it usually works out. Good therapists just plain don't stay here more than a year). They also employ therapists that can't even pass their State Board Exams- and have them working the front desk and giving people recommendations on treatments, products, which therapists are "good"... WHY would they continue to employ people who prove themselves to be incompetent & ignorant in the most obvious & formal way possible?? Because they can't keep good help, and because no decent massage therapist wants to work there. If you like paying your hard-earned dollars to be ignored, beat up, and generally receive bottom-of-the-barrel "service", this is the pit for you!

Hello Handsome

Reviewing for Victoria at Hello Handsome (not to be confused with Hello Beautiful, the larger salon…read morethat Hello Handsome resides within). Everything about my recent first visit was perfect: The space is nicely set up in a private side room, which is very quiet and relaxing. I immediately knew I was in good hands when I heard the cozy sounds of Lo-Fi on the radio. Victoria is personable and pleasurable to chat with, but most importantly, she is highly professional. She has years of formal training in men's haircutting and it shows. I am something of a haircut hobbyist, having watched many hours of haircutting tutorials and documentary-style videos from around the globe from the world's best barbers. Everything Victoria does is in line with these methods, from the way she cuts to the way she folds and applies a hot towel. On my visit I requested a haircut, beard trim, and mini-facial. The haircut was damage control on a very poor cut I got a few days earlier at one of the dime-a-dozen barber shops in the area staffed by guys who have no idea what they're doing. Victoria perfectly fixed what was a butchered haircut into a clean, sophisticated (but not fussy) style. Next was the beard trim - at home I do it myself following the method taught by Matty Conrad of Victory Barber & Brand. I was surprised and delighted to see that Victoria followed this same technique of freehand shaping and trimming, which had the result of a properly shaped and angled beard, rather than just running over everything with clippers set to a specific single length like other places. Lastly was the mini-facial - what can I say? My wife and I just had our first kid a few weeks ago, so stress levels have been through the roof. Sitting for 30 minutes while Victoria gently massaged my neck and face, applying creams and hot towels, made me feel like a new man. On the way out, I told Victoria that she has made a customer for life. Her prices are extremely reasonable for the services and quality she provides. Back in NYC where I used to live, a comparable level of service would cost 2-3x at any quality shop, e.g. Fleischman, which I used to visit regularly. Guys, do yourself a favor - stop messing around at the bottom-barrel places and take the step of letting yourself be groomed by a real professional. You deserve it.
