When I went to pick it up, they insisted I gave them one piece. I'm not sure how they managed to mess both orders up, but I had a heated call with Cheryl who just kept saying they never lose anything and that there was only one piece. A few days later, and no call, I decided to disassemble the frame and use it for something else. and - there they were.....They had stacked all 3 pieces as one in the frame.
