They still charged me $680 for "cleaning" an office that I never even stepped foot in after they presumably rented the office to another business and collected double rent for the same month. After all, they told me how popular this place was and how the rooms were going so fast. I'll update if I actually get my deposit back. Ten bucks says I damaged something while I was never there, as any good slumlord would claim, so they can nickel and dime me. As if I didn't lose enough money on the deal falling through, they had to make sure to screw over an aspiring small business owner. ETA: JUST RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR $208 FOR INTERNET AND COFFEE/TEA FOR AN OFFICE I TOLD THEM 1.5 MONTHS PRIOR THAT WE WOULD NEVER BE TAKING OCCUPANCY. We were never there. We used NO internet and we used NO coffee/tea. I am beyond angry. I hope to one day buy a business in the future and would have very likely signed with Regus again, but these fees are ABUSIVE. Is Regus that hard-up for money that they need to run this kind of scam? I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy at this point.

By the way, If you happen to sign a 6 month contract you may think that is the length of your contract, right? Nope. If you don't formally cancel a full three months in advance your contract auto renews with fees... and you are on the hook to pay that. If they make a mistake with billing you are on the hook to pay it because there is no way to appeal anything --it seems to all be automated from some centralized office and all they give you is a phone number to call and you will be on hold for hours and hours and hours. Never getting to talk woth a human being. By the way, that really nice friendly personable sales person who showed you the office when you signed up? Yeah, you'll never speak to them again --they don't take your calls after that. There seems to be no one person who has any authority to make any changes to errors that they make, misinformation and tricky hidden fees are the norm. It is so frustrating and maddening. I never write bad reviews, but I just hope that someone reading this can avoid all that trouble. When I started running into this terrible service at Spaces I started reading reviews and I saw that this had happened over and over and over to other people. I just wish I had read those reviews in advance.

Only thing I wish was for a couple drink options on tap or in the fridges complimentary. There is a coffee / cappuccino machine that's paid though I don't personally drink that. Though if you do the prices are very low and reasonable. Overall love the place and it's a regular spot when in town.
