Although my fathers funeral was preplanned, we ran into obstacles from the beginning with the cemetary, as well as the military for planning the proper services for my dad. Mary Boudion, General Manager of Earthman Baytown was there and ready to help us figure things out. When the cemetary was not cooperative with us on a burial day, Mary stepped in and handled the cemetary staff both professionally and quickly to resolve the problem. When I was losing my cool, she calmed me down and assured me it would all be taken care of. Kendrick Herron, Funeral Director, was also very helpful in the planning of dads funeral. Kendrick took over handling the issues with the Military and helped us find all the information we needed and gave us direction on how to get what we need for Dad.
