We really liked the look and feel base on the samples he showed us and the photos. Also, his presentation was very profesional and friendly, so we ordered one for the master bedroom, paid half as a deposit and the final half when installed which occurred one day after the original plan but it's Ok since it was writing as "possible instalation day".
