Steer clear. I don't know how this place is in business. When a sales person quits NO ONE even takes a look at the orders in process so it's up to the customer to follow up. This has happened to me 2 times. Further, the sales associates I dealt with had very poor English skills, so the custom sofa I ordered 10 months ago sat in the warehouse, and then was WRONG to boot. Now I've waited for a promised refund for nearly 8 weeks. In order to get anything done I have to drive there and wait for a manager. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I beg any potential customer to not buy at Artefacto. I have designed many homes in my career and have had good experiences with furniture stores and some not so good But Artefacto is by far the worst experience I have ever had and the most expensive. I purchased a $90,000 Order with them they told me everything was in stock but 2 items .that was the only reason I purchased the furniture I needed furniture quickly. I also payed over $6,000 for delivery they delivered the furniture in pieces and told me they no longer assemble some of their furniture I was flabbergasted I made at least 30 phone calls no one would even get on the phone. Again I spent $90,000 and nothing. I begged and begged no one returned a call I had to pay someone to put together their furniture. It was a disgrace. So please believe me Do Not Buy anything at Artefacto it will be the worst day of your life . Help me to put them out of business , they do not deserve the rito operate in America read more

I bought $32k furniture to ship in 10 to 12 weeks and it was undeliverable! I had to cancel a dinner due to lack of furniture and still no delivery data. I filed a complaint on Instagram and they deleted the message without even replaying to me! I'm disappointed in this store. read more

I've uploaded a bunch of photos so that when the manager responds, they can't gloss it over. Artefacto sent me two couches and both were missing a cushion. The couches were completely different shades of beige so just taking one cushion from the other couch wasn't an option. That in itself was a nightmare because their internal communication is a joke and everyone kept passing the buck. The only couches available for that model were those two as they were discontinuing it and now I may know why. But the real kicker was that on the second delivery, the delivery men did not use a dolly to get the couch into my house, instead they actually carried it and then placed it on my front step and flower bed in between carrying it. I was inside my house when they did this but saw them because I have wrap around windows. I also had to be inside to direct them because I have stone all over my front door and I was directing them while they were bringing in the couch... they were completely clueless and did not even speak English. I never thought in the moment that they were SO careless as to rest the entire weight of the couch on the front step and flower bed. Later that night, I noticed my broken step and broken flower bed. I immediately left a voicemail for Lina, my sales person (who didn't help me once throughout this entire process, she was just there to take my money and close the sale). Unfortunately, the store was already closed and I sent them an email, mind you, this was all still the SAME day as delivery. If you see the screen shot I attached, they actually disregarded me and told me that since I did not have video surveillance (seriously?!) and I didn't contact them the same day as delivery (I very much did in email format and left a voicemail so they're lying just to get out of it) that nothing could be done. So I had to pay someone $300 to repair everything their delivery men broke and I now had to find a new couch. To say this store is unprofessional is an understatement, they are negligent and I doubt very much they will still be in business in the coming years. read more

Beware! Been waiting over 6 months for a table top and lamp after spending $16K They sent the wrong size top and just keep promising next week for the last 6 months! I thought the store was great. As a professional shopper I am very accustomed to wide range of service. Its fun its cool its funky has that moody clubbish feel. you see many of their pieces featured in local design mags here by local designers. its a great look. the prices are reasonable but i would recommend staying clear of the upholstery. really great hip cool pieces for these high rise places. it really does have the perfect "local" look. my opinion is the veneer soon wears off. i found the sales people kinda funny like girls working the club for a guy. fun awesome pieces but keep in mind its a facade for a delusional life. but can be fun. Horrible Experience!!! STAY AWAY.Don't be fooled by the nice showroom!!! all items will reach your home defected, rusted, stained. Not only that they make it sound like a white glove service, the prices are unrealistically high and once you have an issue after you paid, forget about the high end greeting that you receive once you walked in. They will not take care of you or accommodate you. We still have damaged furniture at home. PLEASE SHOP AROUND BEFORE. Not worth even a third of what we paid!!!! I would really like to give it 4 stars but a damage on the leather upholstery made me give 3 stars. I purchased a Tresse sectional, a coffee table, a dining table and 4 side chairs from their showroom in Atlanta around May 2008. For the sectional (image below), I paid about $7000. Pros: 1) The sectional is incredibly comfortable, generously well proportioned. It has no sagging issues, cushion form did not deteriorate over time. 2) It is much nicer for our humble house (https://www.houzz.com/photos/85011847/Family-Room) so recently I bought a more upscale home and I think this sectional is nice enough to be in the new home. So for the arm leather to break off like that we feel it is a manufacturer's defect. Since I am moving to a new home wanting to take this piece with me, I contacted the headquarter with the demonstrated issue and was advised I need a local upholster (they closed the Atlanta show room ~5 years ago) to repair, warranty is 1 year only and the sectional is not longer produced. So basically I am on my own. I stated I spent quite a bit of money with them and would like a more helpful solution. I have not heard back yet. I will follow up with them again. If there is a more helpful solution I will update this review. read more

If You want to get robbed, then You most buy from this place, I recommend You pass by El Dorado Furniture and You'll be amazed they have a lot of sofas, chairs, bar stools, at a fraction of the price they put in their tags. Visited the store with a few weeks ago with my fiance. When we walked in the store we noticed 2 employees standing near the reception desk who were just starring at us, none of them even bothered to say hi or at least smile...About 10 minutes later we were approached by a sales person, who greeted us, but that was about it. Didn't ask what we were looking for or if we had question, none of that. When we left the store the same 2 man were still standing in the same place and with same rude emotionless faces. I don't know what the problem was, perhaps that we didn't speak Spanish, or maybe they were just to bored to talk to a customer. All i can say, we will never enter a foot in this store. To bad for them, as we happened to be completely remodeling our house and have a budget of $40,000-50,000 to spent, but don't worry "Artefacto" there are plenty of furniture stores around that will take that amount of money in a heartbeat with respect, kindness, and big smiles on their faces... read more
