I went to pay and then I advised him I had a Groupon (Pay $50 get $200) voucher he then proceeds to tell me that the price he quoted me was not the Groupon price..............WTF!?!?!?! So basically if I mentioned the voucher when I walked in, they would jacked up the price. He also tried to say that he wasn't familiar w how to process the Groupon. He also tried to say that the Groupon was for a certain mattress; nothing stated on the Groupon that it had restrictions. I asked about the mattress online and he said he didn't have it to show me. It is unfortunate so many people have had bad experiences with this store because I had a great one. I wanted something good and affordable and this place delivered (literally and figuratively). I went in was able to compare prices right away and looking up the prices on my phone I realized they really do have incredible savings. A week later my mattress was delivered (from Hollywood to Miami!) and the delivery guy put the bed together in a jiffy. I went from horrible Ikea bed to awesome mattress is less than 7 days and for about %50 percent less than what I thought I had to spend. If you're looking for a deal, this is it. read more

I bought my first mattress there in 2004 and it was great! My mattress was very well priced, delivered well and I still love it! I was so pleased I sent multiple people over there in the past few years. So when I moved to a new city, I actually went there to buy 2 new king size mattresses to take with me. There must be a change in management cause my experience was horrible. When you go to the "showroom", they show you showroom quality mattresses at a fair price. When you get to the warehouse to pick up the mattress (Its a good drive away from the showroom, don't let them convince you it's down the street), you can see that the reason they get them is cause the retailers don't want them. The mattresses are filthy, ripped, have water damage, etc. Still I trusted them cause I was a previous customer, and I loaded them both into the truck and drove all the way to Texas to realize that they gave me the wrong mattress! 1 was extra plush pillowtop (which I wanted) and the other is super firm! I called the store manager almost 10 times in the last 4 months and have never received a call back. I tried selling it but no one wants to buy it cause of the dirty stains on it! I can't believe that they would treat a customer like this. And remember no warranties! Beware! I will never go back to this store or recommend it to anyone ever again. Spend the extra few bucks and go to mattress firm. I bought a mattress from them and when it was being delivered, it rained and the mattress got wet (through the plastic). We went to the store & picked out a mattress. The girl that works there was very convincing. She told us it would arrive the next day between 8am & 1pm. It finally arrived at 4pm. After we layed on it for a while we realized it was softer than what we wanted. We looked at the tag any it was the WRONG bed. We called the store, and they said they would bring the right bed in two days. They said it would arrive between 10a-2pm in a couple days. It came at 5pm (go figure). This bed was also the WRONG BED. So now we go back and check the tag on the bed we chose and take pictures. All the time the girl working there place blame on the delivery guys. Meanwhile we looked at the receipt with the manager and it was written wrong from the beginning. So now we are on waiting for the 3rd bed. It arrives with holes in it and deep sagging spots in it. Again we have to go back to the store. They offer us any mattress we want for the inconvenience. We find one we like and they tell us we should have it in a few days. We waited a week for the new mattress to come. This too is not the one we chose at the store. This establishment is full of people who will LIE to you and do ANYTHING TO GET OVER ON YOU. The owner we spoke to is RUDE and YELLS when you try to tell him what is wrong. He even had the nerve to say he "wanted us to buy more mattresses from him". You will find better deals else ware, DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE UNLESS YOU ARE GIVING THE MATTRESS TO SOMEONE YOU DON'T LIKE. God help anyone who doesn't do their research on this place. We didn't. BIG MISTAKE. We got a GROUPON for this place and it was the worst Groupon we have ever spent our money on. I forgot to mention that the last mattress we received was "re-topped" prior to us receiving it from them because the top of the one we wanted had water damage. Now I'm reading that this may cause mold & bacteria within the bed when they told us "it was just on the top". I hope for my family's health sake this is not the case. They have good prices compared to retail, the issue is that when I first spoke to them I asked for the price of the King and they said it was the same as the Queen for the model I was looking at. I came a day later to put a deposit and now the price for the King was $100 more and they tried to bring the delivery up an extra $45 from their original quote a day earlier. My folks needed the bed so I went through w the purchase. If I was buying the bed for myself, I would have left just for that issue as I am not one to argue. read more

I called them about 9 am and the delivery came about 730 pm. I did not make an appointment they just showed up with the mattress. I got a beauty rest shake spear Mattress which I LOVE! The service was great and quick. I think I received the mattress at a good price. I paid $300. I am not sure how much it goes at retail. I assume over $600. This has to be the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had! Not only were they great on the phone before even coming in, but their friendly personalities made me feel very comfortable. When buying a mattress you need to make sure you will be happy with it because it is a very personable piece of furniture and you'll have it for a while. The owners wife went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They gave me a great deal and didn't rush me at all! What a sleazy operation. I have read some reviews from Google about this place when I recommended it to a close friend. We went down to the shop and a man by the name of Carlo was pleasant but a little sly. My friend picked out a mattress and showed Carlo the one she wanted and we wrote the order. He said if we paid cash we will not have to pay sales tax. Illegal!!!!! At that point we should have left. We did not pay cash but she paid with a CC and it was a wise move in disguise. We had it delivered the next day and he delivered the wrong mattress. She called him up and he said that was the mattress she picked out. It was not. She told him if he can not redeliver that day she will cancel her order. He delivered another mattress. The mattress says as is and no warranty but the business will give a 5 year warranty. Ha! Ha! I bought a queen size bed from them with leather backboard and slats instead of a box spring. Delivered everything except the slats. Was told would get the slats the next day. Next day they called and said they only had King Slats, no queen and would deliver on Monday. Monday called them with no call back, they never showed up. Called Driver Tuesday and he said he would come Wed with the slats. Called Wed and no return call, and he never showed up. This place is amazing we're so glad we found it! Excellent customer service and UNBEATABLE prices. We've searched many mattress stores and it was hard to find any mattress for below $1000 let alone a good quality one , regardless of the size. This wonderful gem had a pretty good selection of name brand mattresses like Serta and Stearns and Foster. It was a decent variety of options for quality and price . Even the lowest priced ones were great options. We ended up getting a Stearns and Foster luxury pillow top in king size . The wonderful owner Cara gave us a great deal it was literally less than half the price it was going for on Macy's. The same exact product. We googled and price matched it . Cara was super helpful and thoroughly educated on the products she sold. She went out her way to make sure we laid on the mattress and read the product details so we made an educated purchase. She also helped up price match. So sweet and on top her job! This will be our go to for any other mattress needs we have now and in the future . My fiance and I had an amazing experience (so much, that I had to write a review at 11:50 on a work night!). We chose to go with a Simmons Beauty Rest True Energy mattress. Due to some of the reviews, we were weary of getting an incorrect mattress, or having delivery issues, but the saleswoman, Alexandra, ensured us that everything would go smoothly. Everything did!! She promised that the movers would come between 10am-1pm. First, not only did they come on time, but for a nominal fee, they put together our bed frame, the adjustable bed, and laid the mattress on top (all within 45 min). Plus, we were having the room painted, but they worked with him so that neither of them had to stop working on their given projects. Alexandra helped us in choosing a mattress, and made sure that we received everything we purchased, in one smooth delivery. "Bed Bugs" I can't adequately describe my nightmare dealing with these scammers in the limited space allotted for a review. Besides, you'd never believe the games they played. Suffice it to say that I did not receive the mattress I paid for. I did not receive a NEW mattress, but rather someone else's reject, despite the fact that I was 100% assured all of their mattresses were new. I can't count the number of times I called during the past 6 months to inquire about replacing my mattress, only to hear them say (so very sweetly and so sincerely) "Oh gee - I thought that was taken care of. I'm really sorry. I'll look into it and call you back." or "We're expecting a truck on Thursday, we'll call you back" or "I called the factory, your mattress will be here next week. We'll call you back." They never EVER called back. Finally after 6 months of lies, they admitted they were not going to replace my mattress. Fortunately the only "bed bugs" I had to contend with were the owner and his well-seasoned sales staff. I suppose it could have been a lot worse, given all the concern about bed bugs these days. If you absolutely and unconditionally want a new mattress and ONLY a new mattress - and won't settle for someone else's reject - you'd best shop somewhere else. If you do choose to deal with them, remember this: everyone I dealt with at this store came across as sweet and sincere, and seemingly so concerned about satisfying my needs, but it's just BS. You'll get whatever used or new mattress they have available, and let you deal with it later. Read some of the other negative reviews before you decide. This by far is the worst experience I've had in buying a mattress. I bought a voucher for $50 to receive $200 off the purchase of a mattress. The voucher also stated I could use it in-store or online on there website. When I couldn't purchase it via the website I was told that was an error on the voucher but they allowed me to buy the mattress at the website price since that issue was on there end. So I placed my order for the Full Size Plush Pillowtop Beautyrest Mattress on 1/5/13 with their salesperson and I am now receiving the mattress today 2/2/13, the WRONG mattress at that. The sales rep told me about a week after placing my order that the voucher was only good for Queen or King size mattresses but he'd go through with the purchase if I paid an additional $50 on top of the $50 I paid for the voucher and the $21.54 I paid in stor when I placed the order, which I did. Fast forward to today when it's time to pick up the mattress almost a month later after weeks of them telling me they had to order it or there's no one at the warehouse and they'd call me back,which they never did. I had to call them everytime. Now for me to pick it up I am being told that I have to take a Plush Full Size mattress instead of what I was told I paid for and order which was a Plush Pillowtop Mattress. I was told by the owner that I have to take it or get a refund because he's not in the business of losing money and he should have been told about the arrangements the sales rep made, mind you my receipt says Full Size Plush Pillowtop Mattress . I didn't know I was suppose to search for the owner when a sales rep makes a sale/deal with a customer, I didn't think that was part of my job. He was very loud, obnoxious, and a real jerk over the phone. Personally I will NEVER make a purchase and will NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone I know. Much to my surprise when I got home I looked up the price at several places and I did indeed purchase this mattress for HALF THE PRICE. I have never slept better since I purchased this mattress. I have slept through the night every night since my purchase. I would never go anywhere else for a mattress again and would refer any friend or family member to purchase their mattress here. I bought a Groupon coupon for Half Price Mattress for $50 dollars that guaranteed me $209 towards the purchase of a mattress. I looked over the website to see what they offered and made my decision about the product I wanted before even going into the store. When I arrived to place my order, on a Saturday afternoon, the lady working the counter/arcade room/showroom was so busy talking on the phone , on a personal call that I had to wait about 5 minutes to be helped. She eventually hung up and proceeded to help me. She seemed to be nice at first. Once I mentioned that I had purchased the Groupon coupon and that I wanted to use it, her demeanor quickly changed. She mentioned that groupon was not as good as everyone thought it was and that it completely wiped the store out. At this point, of the 15 beds in the showroom, she only presented 3 of them to me. She treated me as though I had come to a store with a Welfare Voucher trying to purchase something. Its as if she turned her nose up to my inquiry at this point. When I proceeded to tell her about the bed that I saw online that I had already checked out and was certain I wanted to get, she quickly shut me down by telling me they had none of those beds left because all of the groupon customers had come to buy them. This is to be expected when you advertise offers through groupon. Which means you should stock up or continue to order more products to accommodate the coupons being sold on Groupon. I asked if they would be getting anymore of the mattresses that I wanted in, because I could come at a later date since the groupon offer didn't expire until November. She firmly stated that they would not be getting anymore stock in for a while and implied that I have to either choose from the merchandise available (which were clearly out of my price range) or forfeit my groupon coupon. So I chose to go with one of the mattresses that cost $100 more than what I wanted to spend. So we settle the differences , I purchased the mattress and scheduled a delivery for Monday,in which she gave me a delivery window of 10AM-12 PM. Now, the lady did compensate me with free delivery since "they didn't have the merchandise that I wanted" which I was grateful for and was a little happier leaving the store They were late with delivery and upon their arrival I realized that the elevator had been broken. The guy refused to deliver up the stairs stating that "it would be a pain in her ass" and just left. I spoke with a male manager, who was extremely rude and hung in my face when I expressed my disgust with their service. I spoke with another manager who was just as un reasonable, and exuded this attitude of "WE have nothing to lose, but you do because we have your money, so you have to take what we offer". I attempted to get a refund but was denied. I am complaining with the County's consumer protection department because I want a refund or I'm going to cancel payment with my bank. STAY AWAY.... DON't BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I purchased a $700 bed (mattress and box) from the company yesterday and was informed by the sales lady that I was getting a brand new mattress with box in plastic and a stand-behind-the- product store warranty of 5 years which would be delivered to me the same day. The item that was delivered to me had water damaged bed that the company attempt to clean with a dirty box spring in plastic which both had tags attached that stated "AS IS NO WARRANTY" and "SAMPLE" which was never disclosed to me prior to making my purchase with them that this was the type of bedding I was getting. I contacted the company immediately and left them know of the issue and they stated they would bring me a new bed that same day to rectify the issue. Well, that did not occurred, instead, I was given the run-around (from the delivery boy is on another delivery to it is raining at the location) and the issue was not resolved. Today, I went to the store and was present regarding my issue and first spoke to another sales lady who preferred me to a person to be the owner who tried to bargain with me and give me several options including: "$100 off - to be given as a refund, 10 year warranty, $75 off - to be given as a refund, and finally $200 off to be given as a refund.I refused all and informed that I either want what was promised "brand new mattress with box with a perfect tag (I do not want a bed with a tag labeled "AS IS NO WARRANTY" or "SAMPLE") and manufacturer's warranty or my money back. The person who was acting as the owner attempted to offer me the $200 off (to be presented as a refund) again and a newer bed and I continued to refuse the offer and at this pointed stated I want a full refund and for the company to take their product out of my home. He proceeded to agree to my offering and was okay to the deal. Low and below he later left the premises and when I inquire about his whereabouts and when they would be taking the bed to give me my refund I was then told the person (who was presented to me as the owner) was not the owner and that the owner was actually out of town until next week Tuesday and this matter could not be resolved until then. To make matters worst, the person who was presented to me and acted as the owner left with my receipt, but thank God I made a copy of it before presenting it to them. I have family members coming into town on that day and now do not have a bed for them to sleep on because the bed that was given to me has water damage which is a health concern because most likely there is mold and bacteria growth within the mattress. I am prepared for small claims court procedures by documenting all my receipts, taken photographs, and video tape of the premises. I have since filed a report with the Hollywood police, BBB, the Florida Attorney General, and FTC. I'm seeking legal counseling and ready and prepared to win my case. read more
