The facility is large and offers several courses, events, and even self-defense classes. Ryan, our instructor, was amazing; funny, personable, and extremely informative. He made sure we felt safe while still keeping everything engaging and under control. We also got a bonus tourniquet lesson from another instructor, Jason, which really helped us feel more prepared for situations where those skills might be needed. The experience was so great that my boyfriend (marine vet, makes sense) decided on the spot to get a yearly membership, so we're definitely planning to come back as often as we can. Shoutout to the receptionist as well for taking the time to explain everything and patiently answer all of our (probably silly) questions!
