Everything is safe and explained well. We enjoyed the situation rooms, the range, the safety techniques and especially the comp course and the Underground cages! What a great place to have a party. They have a private area with billiards, cornhole, darts, lots of seating and they have a great restaurant and bar. They have happy hour! Food and drink specials. See pics. Parking is free and plentiful. They have water fountains throughout. Bathrooms are super clean. Lockers are free for use and have lock and key mechanism. You can use Groupon or Viator for a deal. They're co2 loaded cartridges but they're real guns. So anyone can come and learn. The professionals can come and train, too. You can set it up like a competition or just for gun handling experience. My boyfriend and I visited Decision Tactical after seeing it on TikTok a few months ago, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The facility is large and offers several courses, events, and even self-defense classes. Ryan, our instructor, was amazing; funny, personable, and extremely informative. He made sure we felt safe while still keeping everything engaging and under control. We also got a bonus tourniquet lesson from another instructor, Jason, which really helped us feel more prepared for situations where those skills might be needed. The experience was so great that my boyfriend (marine vet, makes sense) decided on the spot to get a yearly membership, so we're definitely planning to come back as often as we can. First and probably last time visiting this establishment. Arrived at 830pm, we thought they were open until 10. We ordered a burger with sweet potato fries and brussel sprouts. The burger bun was burnt, burger overcooked, and fries were also burnt and overcooked, same for the brussels. Overall disappointing for food. The only highlight was the cosmo and mission gold rush cocktails. Bartender was friendly too. Staff was putting up the chairs on the tables and cleaning up, basically a signal to get the heck out. Then sitting at the bar watching videos on their phone very loudly. Music was also very loud in there. I could have gotten a better meal at Wendy's next door. I had a wonderful experience at this hidden gem. Before we get started please be aware this is a paid experience that is worth it. The staff were so kind and respectful towards my group and I. The instructions were perfectly explained and easy to learn for people who have not used a weapon before. The scenario for the two locations I tried was impressive. I did not know that everything was so reactive to give you a realistic experience. I also recommend that you wear jeans or thigh shorts with a belt. It helps secure the equipment you will be using. If you get hungry don't worry they have a bar and some awesome bites. I got to try the buffalo chicken wrap with their crispy fries. No ketchup was needed for my meal. Next time I order here I will get the sauce on the side for sure. I rather dip than have my chicken tossed in the sauce. Again one of my preferences. I wanted to surprise my son, who is visiting from California. From the minute we walked in, the employees were warm and accommodating, answering all of our questions. The tactical rooms were a ton of fun. We started off with the range and that was a great experience. Shayla was our hostess and explained everything thoroughly. I had never done anything like this before so I was a little bit nervous. She put us right at ease. Afterwards, we moseyed over to the bar to have a couple of drinks and some delicious food. Don't miss out on the great prices of their drinks and their food. The chefs were awesome and accommodated all of us. After dining, we headed over to the game room and hung out for a little bit. I recently stopped by for some afternoon drinks on a Friday. This is definitely a hidden gem of the Sanford area! Firstly, the shooting simulations felt very realistic. It was nice to have a fun activity instead of just sitting around at a bar. The service was also fantastic. Not only was our bartender friendly but the team members helping us get through the simulation were very friendly and patient with us. Last but certainly not least, the food was INCREDIBLE. Me and my boyfriend went friday for the first time and we had an incredible time! We stayed there around 3 hours. The experience took around 2 hours and then we had dinner after! I have never done anything like this before and we had so much fun! Isaac was amazing, he made our experience be even better. We have done reservations prior, we arrived on time, filled our waivers and watched a video explaining some things to prep us for the adventure. If you don't know, I didn't, Decision Tactical (DTac) is a simulated shooting range, competition courses, and tactical scenarios that one might find at home, at the mall, church, and more. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Scott was excellent. He explained each course of fire thoroughly and gave us detailed debriefings after each course of fire or scenario. The icing on the cake was that their food was really good. We enjoyed it so much we decided to try the competition course. It sure was fun! It was a shame it didn't last longer! This is not fancy Laser tag. This is the "Holodeck". This is an immersive, 3 dimensional, 360 degree, adrenaline pumping, training range, without using live ammunition. If you have never held a gun in your life, you will come out understanding them and their use. You will learn some practical skills that could save your life and the lives of loved ones around you. This is not boring classroom stuff. This is fun, engaging, immersive, and very educational. I don't care what skill level you have with pistols, CQB, room clearing, house clearing, IPSC, IDPA, Three-Gun, ...whatever, you will be challenged and learn something new. Our guide Ryan (Cowboy) was amazing. He kept it fun, moving and light, with just enough coaching to help you learn without feeling like you failed something. He was very energetic and engaging, although he should probably switch to decaf after lunch. The restaurant/bar was clean and inviting. There is a play area for littler ones. It is the whole package! I am in Orlando a couple times a year, and this will be one of my regular stops. We decided to check out Decision Tactical on a whim + prompt from a FB ad. Got a group of us together, coordinated a date + went. Through out the process + while we were there we worked with T, Vinny + a few other guys that I didn't grab their names - they were all fantastic to work with and super helpful. We ran through several scenarios, did the competition course and hit the range, we were really impressed with all. Within our group there was law enforcement, military + yourself everyday citizens and all really enjoyed the experience and want to go back again. From the minute we walked in to the time we walked out, we had an absolute blast! We booked this as a date day. My boyfriend is extremely proficient with guns, and I am just pathetic with them. I explained this to Buck, our guide for the drill. We drove from Tampa to check out Decision Tactical after seeing it on TikTok, but unfortunately, our group of five left disappointed. The concept is cool, but it's overpriced for what you get. Most of the guns didn't work, the scoring system was broken, and our guide made the whole experience feel more like a police training than fun. The food and drink included didn't help either--we even found a hair in one of the meals. Great idea, but they've got a lot to fix before it's worth the cost. read more

I thought the concept was incredible and was very excited for this experience, unfortunately the number of malfunctions and equipment issues I experienced leave a lot to be desired. I'm a lefty, and all 3 of the lefty guns I was given did not work correctly. I finally told them to just give me a right handed gun to stop holding up our group. During the final shooting challenge my gun's CO2 cartridge exploded on my hand with an immediate icy-cold feeling, among other malfunctions when I reloaded.
