Everyone has always been super helpful, understanding and caring. We primarily see Dr. Mills and he's excellent. Always takes time to listen to any concerns, is patient with our protesting toddler and quick to finish the physical part of the exam to reduce her stress. In all, unless you're completely against the protection of vaccines (you'll be better finding some sort of homeopath in Ashland) this office and every doctor we've interacted with is phenomenal.

I waited less than 5 minutes to get in for my ultrasound (which is a blessing when any waiting is with a very full bladder). After the U/S was sent to the doctors computer, he reviewed it, and was in a room discussing the results within minutes. He was very warm, explained everything, and discussed treatment plans. I was never talked at, but talked with, and Dr. Carbonell answered every question I had before the appointment was over, and was very patient with my questions. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate. This is the 3rd gynecologist I've tried in the valley, and I finally found one that is a keeper. Really great guy. Really great staff. Melissa is wise in touch and in her person. She listens very carefully to your words about your body and to all that your body may convey non-verbally. She is so responsible and serious about her work that she has you fill out a brief form about the current condition of your body at the start of each session. She keeps these on file and sometimes looks back through them to help decipher why you may feel as you do and what the history of a condition may be. When she works on me I feel that she and my body are communing without my deliberate awareness. I know that sounds like pure california-speak nuts fantasy but it has been true for me. She has the ability to go directly to the spots that are crying out for attention- and to attend to them exactly as needed. I happen to like very deep massage work and Melissa is excellent at that but she has many approaches --she adjusts to what is requested and needed.
