My roof is almost 3 years old, and it is already falling apart. There's over 30 tiles that came…read moreloose with some of them broken as a result, holes and gaps everywhere. Also, the roof valleys were done poorly. Be careful when you sign the contract, read every little detail, because they take no accountability nor responsibility for anything, and their attitude is take it or leave it, once they begin the job. Once the roof is completed, they never return your call, you have to keep calling and leaving messages until they finally call you back. Forget about the roof warranty, we live in Florida, and every year we get some type of storm, they will blame your roof damage on any storm even if the storm was not in our path and all we got was a little wind just to void the warranty. I had to call another roofer to repair my roof since I will no longer give them business. After the new roofer went up, he found all the tiles that needed to be repaired. I was only able to see 6 tiles only from looking up at the roof. Unfortunately, the roofer can not check every single tile, so God knows how many more tiles are loose and I won't find out for another year or two as they become loose with time.

I called them several times before they finally sent someone to inspect the issue again. Despite my concerns and clear evidence, they insisted the leak was already repaired. I had to wait for the next rainfall to go into the attic and take pictures showing the leak was still present. It took almost a month of persistent calling before they came back in July to check the leak again. They claimed it was fixed, but the problem resurfaced in June 2024. I called them again, and they sent another worker to fix it. After the next rain, I found the leak was still there and took more pictures and videos. When another worker came to evaluate the situation, he said he would send the team back. When the workers arrived, they called the manager and explained that the wood was damaged and needed replacement. This repair was supposedly included in the original contract, but it had clearly never been done. Now, one year later, the damage was worse. The manager contacted the owner, who then told me I would have to cover the costs of labor and materials for the repairs. At this point, I was too frustrated and ended up hiring another company to finally fix the leaks properly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend T&E Roofing. Their service was unprofessional, and they failed to honor their contract. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable company.

After calling several "asphalt" related paving companies and contractors, who all claim to offer free quotes, we were getting nowhere. Either calls or e-mails went unreturned, or we would speak to someone and there would be no follow-up. So, a little out of desperation, we ended up calling Champion Concrete, based on the existing stellar reviews online, and the fact that they were still showing up in Google searches for driveway/parking repair, even though their core competency is concrete, travertine, brick pavers, etc., and not necessarily an asphalt parking lot. First off, from the very first phone call, Jaime was extremely courteous, and even though he mentioned that this was not their core business, he wanted to try and help, given our situation. That very same day he showed up at our place of business in the evening, after hours, to inspect the problem and then via a phone call provided me with various options. This job couldn't have gone smoother. From the time we gave the go-ahead for him to perform the repair, he was on-site within 48 hours. He performed the repair exactly as he had originally outlined over the phone. I was not on-site when the repair was being done, so when I saw my phone ring with his number, not too long after I knew he had arrived, my first thought was, "here we go; there's a problem". I was in shock when I heard what he had to say, which was that the job took him less time to do than he had anticipated, and that it was going to be $150 less than what he had quoted me. When does THAT ever happen?! In any case, Jaime and the team at Champion Concrete really helped us out when we were in quite a bind, with a potentially hazardous situation on our property. My manager, who was the one dealing with Jaime and his crew when the work was being done, also told me, after the fact, what a nice guy Jaime was to deal with and extremely competent in his field. Bravo to Jaime and Champion Concrete for doing excellent work, for doing it quickly, at an extremely reasonable cost, and most importantly for taking on a job they would not normally handle and coming up with solutions. In my experience, this level of competence and honesty, in this industry, is a rare find.
