Rich was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the remodel process as our floor install often interfered with the dry wall installation process. Our remodel included the complete demolition of walls and pillars which called for the matching of existing ceiling texture in those areas where the wall/pillar previously were. We R Drywall matched the existing ceiling texture perfectly. We are grateful for their work ethic and reliability. You're lying because my job was for drywall install not repair, and you never gave me a quote in the first place i never got any numbers from you or your people, and then after 2 years i tried again to see if i could get one from you guys but still nothing i texted the number i had saved that was your work phone number you had referred me to after i had called again and you never responded. Your management skills are pathetic and you're just making up responses you don't even know which customer I am and you're stating i waisted your time when you never even gave me an estimate much less valued my time. Needed a very small repair job done in the ceiling of my garage. Richard was very friendly and accommodating. He sent Kevin to my house the day after we spoke. Kevin arrived on time and went right to work. Kevin was a total professional and the repair was done right, quickly and clean. After Kevin was done I offered him a beer to cool off since he was covered in sweat and drywall mud and he said he does not drink when he's on the clock; again a true professional. Very seldom do I post a bad review, but this was well deserved. Made an appointment for a Friday after work, 5:30 pm to be precise. Never showed...I figured it was a miscommunication... I rescheduled for Saturday morning 9 am... that following week. I am not in a hurry so ok. Got a call that week if can reschedule since he was going to the keys for his wife's Birthday. I agreed to Monday morning before I left to work, 8 am. Well got a call at 8:15 that he would be by at 9 am????? My advice stay away, seems like commitment issues! Not a good experience! Had to give 1 star to post unfortunately!!!! read more

He emailed me the estimate/invoice the next day and we scheduled the job. JR showed up right on time and again the following day to finish the work. Ceiling and wall repairs look great.
