    Vegan meat substitutes/protein

I stumbled across this hidden gem in search of vegan nacho cheese. I first called and spoke with Allie and she checked to see if some were in stock. She Also told me about other items i questioned, which made me go in. I came in a couple of weeks ago and Mallory assisted me while shopping. She gave me feedback/opinion on items I was interested in. She's awesome and hilarious. Both of them made me feel like I was shopping with my friends. Everything I love that's vegan, they have it! The store is clean great service and I will definitely be back. Thanks!

When you first step into any vitamin shop and have no experience or maybe a bit of knowledge of…read morewhat the purpose of these shops are. You will surely find yourself overwhelmed by all the bottles and it's labels. This was the case when I took the leap and walked into this shop. I looked around blankly and was immediately helped by a team member. I told them I was training for a particular event and provided her with some clues of what I really wanted to achieve. I'm sure she saw right through me as I'm sure she is coupled with answering many questions a day about health and fitness as pharmacist do. I was dumb to all the new vocabulary on the boxes but engine searches didn't do real justice and sometimes Amazon reviews can't be the most accurate. The team member suggested a product that she uses and highly recommended it to me as it worked for her. It was with great confidence of how well she spoke about the product that had persuade me to make this first large purchase. The GNC box did not provide actual step by step direction on how to take the product but that's a whole other review. The team member took the initiative, before I realize there wasn't even any instructions, hand wrote the directions and tips on a piece of paper for me. Since then I have been following it by the tee. And I'm seeing results beyond what I have been expecting. One of the suggestive clues I tried to hint the team member was potential side effects and how I prefer something more natural supplement. In short I wanted to know what I was ingesting. She was very knowledgable about many if not all the products. I was happy about my purchase regardless how much I spent on that particular box. I really appreciate the time and help this team member placed upon a few of my concerns. Thank you. Also I got a free gold members card for my purchase on that particular day. I definitely lucked out. I will definitely be coming back if I run out of this product.

Freshly cooked skewer meats, sticky rice, soup and drinks. You can buy veggies and fruits too. Wow... it was amazing. Chicken wasn't glazed in sweet sauce while being grilled. Lots of caramelization from the sugars in the marinade. With hints of lemongrass, fish sauce, garlic. :: K.S. ASIAN FOODS - only stand that makes food "made-to-order" so you'll get a fresh, hot item! Pad Thai was delicious! I wish I found this stand first as they offered larb, nam khao, noodles hot! :: BBQ STAND - 9Tailz Smokehouse - nice smoked ribs with loaded baked potato and jalapeño mac and cheese - great smoked meats without sauce! Chef super friendly and offers samples :: KHAO POON stand - only one selling Lao rice noodle soup with chicken, coconut milk with depths of flavor! So delicious. Once you go, you'll find your favorites and remember for next time. One stand selling Lao sausages (pic provided) was good but too sweet for my liking... All stands are mom and pops so don't have signage with a name and most likely not permitted. This is truly Southeast Asian street food. So if you're squeamish about people using gloves and cooking from an inspected kitchen this place isn't for you. I had one friend who wasn't eating much....and yeah, you're taking your chances with ANY street vendor. TIPS if visiting from out of town: :: NO RESTROOMS. Closed due to an unhoused torching it - find one after exiting freeway before heading to the park :: CASH only - mom and pop vendors. Most Southeast Asian items $12 and under. Skewers $2 :: UTENSILS, paper towels, storage containers :) Bring your own. Some provide but most do not :: COOLER or INSULATOR bag - plenty of good food to take home! :: Hand wipes or sanitizers for before/after you eat No tables so you end up eating in your car unless you bring chairs. SATURDAY VISIT 11:30am Plenty of street parking along the perimeter of the park but by 130pm started to get busy. With all the wonderful smells of grilled meats, lemongrass and pungent smell of fish sauce and shrimp paste you may get a bit overzealous and try everything. NOTE: fried items (most pre-made) much better when re-heated at home Would return but definitely not in the summer where it gets hot and food sitting would make me question buying. Open 7-days a week but more food vendors on the weekend! K.S. Asian Foods is there 7 days a week...wonderful older couple working there and will be my go to...
