We have never had a pool and this place is amazing! Great group to deal with for design and professional staff. We had several estimates and with Artesian we initially had Sam out for our design and estimate and trusted him immediately. Crystal took it from there with finalizing our choices. Not one thing was left for us to question. We are in the beginning phase of construction and already impressed with what has gotten accomplished! I contacted Artesian Pools in mid March to request a proposal for a new construction pool build. They were prompt in setting up an appointment to come to house and visited the house on April 4. The sales person, Sam, arrived on time and was educated about the options. We already had a sketch of pool we want to build and I walked through the details with Sam. He told me that they were 8-9 months out with builds and I should receive the proposal/quote within two weeks. He told me to contact him if I didn't receive it within two weeks. On April 20 (2 1/2 weeks later I emailed Sam to let him know I had not received the quote.). He responded that they were running behind and I should have it soon. On Friday, May 13, having not received quote nor heard from Sam, I emailed him again. He responded that he would check on status Monday morning and get back to me. I never received a status update. On Wednesday, May 19 I emailed again with a request for status update. He responded that he would check first thing Thursday morning and get back to me. It is now Sunday, May 22nd and I have yet to get any response. It is obvious that if service is this terrible pre-sale, the actual service provided after they have our money will be non-existent. This vendor obviously does not have any concept of how to communicate nor how to actually provide service to their customers read more

Follow up is horrible at best. Also told my the pool was going to be 7000 more two days before digging due to the hurricane. Also see the work they have done in my community and glad that I did not go with them. read more

We are very happy with the pool that Artesian designed for us. I see there are comments relative to timing and there was a long lead time for our pool as well but this is no different than any other provider. It's a long term, major investment and I wanted to make sure we used a reputable company rather than someone who promised quick delivery. I've got to believe they make promises on "quick" timing but couldn't have kept them, there is so much construction going on and material delays will happen. For us, Artesian was the best choice. We talked to a lot of other companies and felt Artesian was the most realistic in their estimates and had the quality we wanted. Very happy with the pool and the continued service. The best experience we have ever had with a pool builder. Artesian took as much time as we needed with design and selections! Their office staff was very helpful with answering our questions. The building process took a little while, and had a few hiccups, but Artesian made sure these issues were addressed promptly. We had our pool constructed in 2019 by Artesian Pools, which honestly was a great experience. We can't say enough positive comments on the company and their overall operations. We worked with Sam, who worked with us for what we wanted and didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. He was professional, honest and stuck to his word. This pool company is no good. The owner Joe is an asshole. Do not hire this sorry ass company. They think they are it and then some. They have a hard time keeping employees because of their attitude. They screwed up my pool and didn't stick to plans. read more

I hear the construction quality is good, but before signing we strongly recommend you understand and agree to delivery dates. We signed in April and still have no completed pool or cage. I have to believe they are prioritizing the pools for developers over the contracts for individuals. read more

Artesian Pool Construction hires people with no moral compass. Friday evening at 4:50 pm, a truck full or their drivers passing through a parking lot next to their building gave me the bird (middle finger) for NO reason whatsoever! Seems he was under the influence his eyes were all red, (and yes he stopped beside me so close I couldn't open my car door), JUST to give me the middle finger! Weird because all I was trying to do was to get through the parking lot full of traffic! I do NOT recommend this company to install or construct your pool! If you need a pool company go with a company that hires good honest considerate people with a moral compass, not people that are rude and inconsiderate as Artesian. I would fire anyone that acts like this if I were an owner of a business. They represent your company and should have a moral obligation to be nice and considerate! We just finished having a pool built by Artesian. It looks amazing! Everyone at Artesian was very helpful from the start! They went above and beyond our expectations! Both Sam P and Sam D were great! My wife had many late night and weekend questions that we sent over to our job foreman Sam and he responded almost immediately every time even when we were not looking for an answer right away. Mike called to set appointment to view our pool. I explained we just purchased home in Estero while living in Chicago. Looking for ideas and estimate to update the pool and lianai area. He came out to the house but never called or sent estimate. I contacted him a week later for response. Crickets. No response. If he didn't want the job he could have at least said so. read more
