Hinderliter sold me hearing aids (which didn't work) after only 1/2 hour quickie of a test. Yes, all is spic and span and smiling there - but: is that a priority? It costs S350 to make a good hearing aid - so you can calculate Hinderliter's profit margins! Do ask questions!!!

The office staff was very pleasant. I really appreciated that the new patient forms were quick and easy, since they auto fill the information that they have for you already. The nurse, Claudia, is a gem. She is patient and kind. Dr. Proctor was right on time and spent the perfect amount of time with me. He solved a problem in the office that other ENTs said needed to happen via surgery. He has some interesting technology that allows you to watch via monitor during the exam. That isn't something that I cared for, but I am sure other people would like it. A word to the wise, he is a popular specialist. You can expect a wait of 3-4 weeks for an appointment...it is worth it.

I was VERY clear when I set this appointment up on the phone that this is why I was coming in. In the span of five minutes he managed to completely disagree with my prior pulmonologist and ENT, insult the latter, and tell me that I didn't know my body. Two things that were not in his control were also discussed briefly, and rudely. $50 for less than five minutes with the actual doctor when I should have been told on the phone he wouldn't do this procedure for my condition. Waste of time and money. I have NEVER been treated so dismissively by any medical doctor and I could not recommend this practice to anyone.
