The hearing aids haven't worked the same since. Went back a week later and everyone keeps saying he didn't change anything. BS ! I have to turn the volume to max to hear anything. Wasn't like this before. They totally screw up your hearing aids and never take blame. No fix. No results. You will get a lot of calls harassing you. I posted a review on Google and they won't stop calling. I blocked them. Read the other review. That Dr isn't here. They have standard testing equipment, nothing state of the art. The ER at St. Joseph Mercy in Pontiac is a masterclass in being understaffed and overwhelmed. The wait times are beyond frustrating -- you'll sit for hours watching people age in real time. And the wild part is, the nurses and doctors are actually great... when you finally see one. But that's where the good news ends. Because God forbid you get admitted. Once you hit that stage, the staff suddenly transforms every answer to room availability to "soon." In the St Mercy Joseph dictionary, "soon" is defined as "sometime between now and the next presidential administration." It feels like they dangle the promise of a room in front of you like the fisherman in the State Farm commercial. It's exhausting. It's disrespectful. And it's absolutely avoidable...by going anywhere else. Bottom line: If you need emergency care, skip this place. I mentioned something to the nurse and the doctor himself and got no sympathy in return. Basically treated like a number instead of a patient. I returned for a post op visit today and made the earliest appointment I could in order to avoid a long wait and here I am still waiting to be seen an hour and 15 minutes later. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I heard my name mentioned in the hallway while I waited in the screening room and when no one came in I decided to walk out and ask if I had been forgotten and the nurse just said no, he'll be right with you. I don't recommend this office unless you have time to waste.
