It's literally a one stop shop they took care of everything from dealing with insurance and adjuster to car rental pick up and drop off. It's hard to find a trustworthy place nowadays. I googled and found ROCS. I called made an appointment and took my car in only to pay half of the dealership cost. Any work done always saved me money and I had no problem paying because of the kind customer service (IDK what others are talking about) and quality of the work. My son needs work done on his Audi and I couldn't remember where I took my Beemers because it's been a few years. Racked my brain and remembered ROCS. Hopefully he will call and be as satisfied as I was. Sometimes things happen, shops get busy and there could be a delay. In my opinion it's not a reflection of the work they do.
