PowerStop Disc Brake Kit KOE6796, I received them July 2nd. but for some reason they didn't mark which where the front brakes and which were the rear. so, I called AutoZone at 2175 Hylan Blvd a person got on the phone but didn't identify himself. The workers don't get enough credit for the good work that they do. Too many customers yell and talk down to them let alone being short staffed for such a busy location. Today an elderly guy was trying to get the female managers attention but she was irate because he touched her. She had no patience cause if she did she would've known that he was deaf! I needed to change my turning signal bulb, but the lady said they can't do anything when it's raining and when I said it's not raining anymore, she said well we don't have anybody available to help you. And then another customer asked if we needed help and changed it for us in a heartbeat. The Hylan Blvd location has to be the worst. The employees working there have the lowest IQ I have ever witnessed. Plus they know nothing about cars. I witnessed a fist fight between two employees. The Store Manager James Zeyer is rude and screams at employees in front of customers. The man will sell his last born child if he could. The products they sell are sometimes used and they put customers returns back on the shelf. It's a total Joke. Their District Manager Mike Jackerman is also a mess and does nothing and only cares about his bonus. He sweeps all employees complaints under the rug. This includes a sexual harassment complaint, a girl who had a disability being mistreated , violence in the workplace, and several violent altercations by customers to his own employees. He breaks every labor law known to man. Telling his workers to sell products via cash when computer systems were down and not providing receipts while charging 9% interest. No air in the summer and no heat in the winter. Do not work for this company or shop there. Corporate has been notified and legal action by several employees is in the process.
