The gallery has local artists but they are blended in with national and international artists, they are not given any special recognition just for being from the area. This isn't a gift store its a fine art gallery like you might see in a major metropolitan area. Check it out even if you are not their to buy the staff is always happy to have you walk through and appreciate their art . Most folks put some change in the "browsing bowl" after they see the quality and quantity of art at this informal museum, across from the tavern.
