The staff at the front was warm and welcoming, the tech that ran me through the pre-testing was friendly and explained procedures. And Dr. Ashley was wonderful. Super friendly, and explained everything she was doing, as well as the results. This is the one thing that I really valued from my former eye doctor, and am so pleased to have found a new doctor that does this. After dilating my eyes and taking images, Dr. Ashley showed me the images and explained everything she was seeing - this is awesome - I really appreciate that level of involvement. Anyway, I'm happy I found them and will recommend to my friends.

The exam by Dr. Tumolo was extremely basic--even Walmart has far better technology and machinery. They messed up my prescription **twice**. The first time, everything was completely blurry. I came back for a re-examination, the doctor refused to even look at the defective glasses, and the second pair was just as useless. I can't read a single thing with them. When I requested a full refund for this substandard service, the medical staff's behavior was disgraceful. While the head of the glasses selection department provides excellent and magnificent customer service, the optical/medical side is a disaster. A gray-haired older woman at the desk was incredibly rude, hostile, and completely lacked basic customer service skills. After weeks of being ignored, lied to, and told emails were being sent to billing, she and her manager today flatly refused to issue a refund, offering yet another useless appointment instead. I do not want another appointment with a company that fails twice. I want my money back for a service that was never properly delivered. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and corporate offices. Protect your wallet and your eyes: **STAY AWAY.**

The opticians seem to rotate a little but I have never had anything except great experiences with them. Dr. Patel has been there the last few years and has been my favorite, explains everything and is very thorough. Great selection of name brand glasses, they handle all the insurance stuff making this an easy stop. My entire family uses them as well as many friends I have told about them over the years.
