Today I stopped by to make my annual appointment and to have a few glasses adjusted. I am hard on my glasses. My experience was so good I wanted to write a review. Steven helped me pick out new frames to fit lenses I already had from a broken pair sitting around. He also patiently adjusted two other pair of glasses for me and did an amazing job. He also gave me a courtesy discount on a new pair of prescription glasses and what the cost will be in writing. In today's times when ppl mostly complain ( me too) and customer service is an oxymoron I had to say something when the experience was 5 Star. Thank you Steven I walked out smiling with a new pair of glasses that I didn't expect to buy and so happy you helped me with that.
