I am still waiting for my refund. Google review shows other members of the public had the same experience and still struggling to get their refund and he does not pay back. My wife gave him the credit card information, thinking it would be the $140 price we agreed. A day later, he sent her the invoice for a different amount of $248. She texted him about what happened to the $140 price we agreed on, but he saw the text and didn't reply. She had to call him, no apology or anything. He replied that he didn't know what happened, and that was the price. Very unprofessional and shady business ethics, not letting the customer know a different price of $108 until after the card was charged and we saw the invoice.
