Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. My pool pump had burned out and needed to be either repaired or replaced. They asked me to send a couple of pictures and answer a few questions, then provided quotes for both repair and replacement options. I also did some research on the company and found out they are licensed, bonded, and insured, which gave me peace of mind. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. In the end, we decided to replace the pool pump. Chris explained the quote and options, Robyn handled the scheduling and payment process, and Michael came out for the installation.
