Great management and great crew. Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. Pelican Pools did a great job repairing our pool pump. I am confident on their recommendations and workmanship.

We used them to balance the chemicals and startup our pool after a renovation (we got a quote from them for the renovation itself, but it was a bit too high so we went with another company). But each time we got the quote or had service this company was efficient, on time, and had good communication. Once he balanced the pool he explained what he added and answered any questions. I had my pool remodeled at the end of November 2025. We closed the pool due to weather before they did the work. This spring we opened the pool and saw all of the mistakes. I called and talked to someone who sent out a worker who had worked at my property. He noted the things I pointed out. He said someone would be in touch. That was 3 weeks ago now so I am writing this review. The surface is very rough and we don't even think we got the pebble tech resurfacing color we had picked. The crew when working did not like to be questioned about anything. There are inconsistencies in the color of the bottom of the pool to give you the impression that the pool is dirty. They did not replace the pop-up in the bottom of the pool. Instead they put back the broken ones. The crew was not not careful with our belongings and splattered paint and cement on things that now we can't get them off of. All in all do not hire this company they don't care. read more

The workmanship is fine and my questions were answered but at times I felt like I had to keep reaching out for next steps. We had a very bad experience with Pelican Pools. When we booked a consultation, the owner didn't show up for days on end even after picking dates for him to come. He finally came over to give us a quote and opened our gate without even asking us. Our dog was outside and started getting scared, and the owner started YELLING at our dog.
