The owners of AV are the reason customers are leaving. The owners don't allow the store employees to decide what items and juice flavors are sold in their stores. Big mistake! The local store employees know what their customers want, not the owners in some fancy as office. I personally have to order my juice I online because local AV store employees can't even order it. I spoke to 3 VP employees about this and they said it's costing them customers. LET STORE EMPLOYEES ORDER WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WANT. Went to grab some stuff for my husband since he was busy and was assisted by a very helpful guy. I was originally there for only one thing, but he said those were buy one get one half off, so I decided on two things. Then I had a question about a disposable vape and he told me that they were also buy one get one half off. So I decided on two more items as an extra Christmas gift for my husband. I didn't realize until after I had checked out that only the two lowest items werediscounted. The cashier apologized he worded it wrong. I told him it's okay and just wanted it fixed real quick because I had another store to hit up afterwards. However, he seemed really nervous/scared to call his boss and admit that he forgot to tell me. He told me it was only a few bucks and asked if I really wanted to go through with fixing it. He then said I would have to wait for him to call his boss over just a few bucks. I wouldn't have purchased the 2nd set of items if he had told me the correct details prior to the sell. He kept asking what I wanted to do. I asked if I could just refund it. I offered to buy another one at full price and just pay the difference. He kept throwing other weird ideas out that didn't make sense. When he finally gave in and callwd his boss, he told her I wanted to get the best deal instead of admitting to her that he messed up and just wanted to fix it. If he has just owned up to his mistake at the beginning, given her a quick call and not hold me up for so long, it would have been much better. I would've been in and out. The store I had an errand at was closed by the time I got there. read more

I've been living in Texas for about a year & a 1/2 now. Finding a good customer service vape shop is very hard most have sells reps that just want your money & you out of the store. From the vibe as soon as you open the door they have couches & bar stools. So it's less of Store feel to more of a hookah lounge. The guy working the counter forgot his name, but he was amazing. Came out here as I'm not a local and was visiting due to work and Daniel D hooked me up !! He built me a coil and made my vape hit like it use to and it's been over a month I've actually enjoyed hitting it. Then he took his time letting me try things, Sharing his product knowledge and let me chill and hang out. Greg was kind and helpful, the shop was clean and nice decorated. The visible display of mods was limited and there weren't as many juices as I'm accustomed to in other shops. They also have you write a review in front of them which is a tad weird. Also the glass purchased for my tank doesn't fit. Other than that it wasn't a terrible experience. read more

Was looking to try some CBD products and Camryn was super helpful in guiding me. Am very happy with the products I purchased.

Will not return. I purchased an item from this location, then returned it the following day when I realized a clip on it was broken. They did not have a replacement in stock at that time, but had one coming in a few days. That being the case, I decided to upgrade to a slightly better product, which they elected to order for me in the color I desired, and was told it would arrive a few days later. Simply put, I was not called when it arrived, which I was told would be Thursday evening. Mind you, at this time, I have paid for a product yet possess no product. I did not receive a call throughout the entire following week. The week after, I was able to make time in my schedule to return, and was told by a staff member, Jesse, that she had already sold the product ordered for me. She then insinuated that it was my fault for not calling or coming back in, and I was blown away. I left my number to receive a call when a new one came in. I use my phone for business and answer up to 100 incoming calls a day. I never received one call from this company. I returned this morning, now almost 2 months later, ready to just accept whatever they had in the store at this point. My current model stoped working last night, and I had a few minutes to spare on the way to work. When I arrived, Jesse and the store manager, Fred, were there. I reminded them the situation and that I just wanted to get something in stock. ***Basically, Fred was being confrontational and disrespectful, kept asking WHY I was coming back after "3 months". At one point I turned to my wife to express my understanding of how customers can fall through the cracks sometimes, and he, like, "bowed" up to me with a loud "What?!" like I was whispering a joke about him or something. I was so genuinely shocked by the treatment my wife and I received during this and 2 separate visits, and for this reason can recommend to anyone thinking about doing business here: don't. read more
