Excellent service. I am in this shop every couple of weeks. Found some decent THC-A flower & vapes here that will actually get you high while still being legal. I go in a couple weeks ago & they have a HUGE new THC-A section. So far I have found 5 different flower strains that will get me high without making me sick & coughing like the vapes do. If you like vapes, there were many that did the trick for both me & people I know. I prefer flower. Best selection in the area. The rest of the store has a thorough selection for all the other smoke needs one could have, of course. Finally they've put out a legal alternative to THC cannabis that actually works for me & Easy's makes it super easy to get! Bought multiple vapes here that smell and taste like metal. Seems to be a trend at this location that they are selling defective or fake vapes- buyer beware. To top it off the service there is consistently negative (when you have either of the female staff members) they'll likely have their friends there hanging out or be on their phones, lacking common courtesies when its a place of business. Super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Conveniently location. Take the next bit of info as you may, but after walking out of the store I noticed a police vehicle staged in the adjacent parking lot, lights out, backed in to survey the parking lot of Easys. Got in my car to leave and as I'm pulling away the police car pulls out and proceeds to pull me over. After going through the usual rigamarole of a traffic stop and inspecting my purchases made at easys I was sent on my way. Food for thought. Be safe. Be careful! read more

Been here twice. First time vape look tampered with and clogged after a day. Second time, I was charged $60 for a cart, seemed a lot but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, come home later to find the same product sells online for $28. How stupid of a business person do you have to be? Congrats, you got me once and lost a long-term customer. read more

Stay far away from this smoke shop!!! No one in the store wears a mask. I was sold a crappy vape pen that wouldn't hold a charge. (Of course I wouldn't know that the pen doesn't charge until I used it for two days and needed to charge it) when I took the pen back he claimed that they take the product out of the box to make sure that it charges before a customer leaves which the cashier DID NOT do. He wouldn't refund my money or exchange the defected device. I repeat.... no one working in the store believes in wearing a mask. read more

Easy's Smoke Shop - Vape Shops Near Me - Bedford, Texas

After visiting Narah Cafe and blowing hookah smoke-filled bubbles during dinner, I really wanted to show my brother-in-law how fun it is! He has his own hookah, but didn't have any shisha or coals on him, so we were on a mission to find these goodies in the mid-cities... which isn't the easiest thing to do. Especially since Dragon's Breath closed.:( Where are you supposed to go buy fantastical themed decor and incense sticks and essential oils, hmmm? You can go to Easy's! It's easy to get to, right off the highway, and it's on the second floor of the little shopping center. It's your typical smoke shop. Tobacco, pipes of all shapes and sizes, all your usual paraphernalia -- t-shirts and hats and goodies sporting marijuana plants. Everything seems quite expensive to me, but I'm not sure how it rates comparatively because I seldom find myself in smoke shops. I just know I'm not spending $15.99 on a pair of underwear that says "skunk" on them. Heh. The staff here was ultra nice and pointed out the locally made products to us. Hookahs and shisha made right here in Arlington. I thought that was pretty cool. We bought a couple coals and a little tin of peach flavored shisha for $12.99. Very reasonable (I think??). Broke my first water pipe I ever got and decided I needed an upgrade. Felt bad because I went quite close to closing but Steve was awesome. He was super kind, easy going and helped me really find what I was looking for. I was in an out and it was a great experience. read more

Terrible. Last time I came in the person working the register nodded off and fell asleep. Then proceed to charge me for 2 items instead of one, and I didn't notice until I left and checked my bank account. I would like a refund but since I didn't get a receipt, which was never an offered to me in the first place. I'm out of luck. Do not come here. read more

Of course I called trying to speak to a manager and was told that they and the owner are "never there", so that's nice when trying to get things done. Came here last night around 7 to find a new banger and adapter and my service was awful. The girl working was on the phone when I came in and told the person on the phone "not to hang up" so maybe that's why my service was so short and rushed. She was incredibly rude and abrasive, even said at one point "I didn't need this to be so complicated," referring to trying to find the right adapter and banger, as if I hadn't been having trouble myself. She let the pieces fall on the glass counter, thankfully not breaking and said, "oh my god I'm a mess today." She then just picked out a banger for me, aggressively said "is this good?" and I just said yes because she didn't want to be of any help to me. Went to this shop twice in one day yesterday, the first girl working in the morning was helpful and nice, but the one working at night really ruined it and now I have yet another banger that I don't like that. Probably won't be coming back. Would give zero stars for my experience if I could read more

I give three stars because they are super nice, attentive, a GREAT selection and very helpful. BUT... after buying a glass piece and using it one time, tapping the bowl out (gingerly of course. It is glass.) it breaks! Having worked in the production glass industry I know this was caused by improper annealing. This is on the manufacturer and NOT Easy's and seeing as I can't return the item I paid $20 (a bit steep for a production piece) for obvious reasons. I would like them to put their manufacturer on blast for rushing pieces. Annealing is detrimental to the piece being useful or just a piece of trash. It is the last step in making a quality piece by slowly cooling the WHOLE piece at the same time. If not done correctly it will produce stress cracks that are barely visible and will break on the slightest impact. All that being said I still LOVE Easy's for the service they provide and will be back. Hopefully to see some higher quality products. read more

The girl in there is very knowledgeable... the bowl bought didn't fit seeing as we couldn't size it in shop. Returned 15 min later bowl unused and the manager who looked like he fell off the back of an Amish pack mule came out and was quite short and rude. Same price, no exchange had to spend more money and keep a product I do not need. Not a good place to shop if you are not familiar with sizes or a new smoker. Policy is trash. Do not buy from this store or Delores M. I bought a vaporizer 2 days ago and it does not work. I spent 100 dollars on it and I am screwed. When i bought it i asked about that and was told it would work. If she told me no refunds, i wouldn't have bought it. I don't have that kind of money to waste! read more
