After driving quite some distance to meet my vaping needs, I found Artisan Vapor whilst searching for a mod. Honestly, my expectations were not any different than any other time I have sought out a vapor bar and visited other than the fact that it was right down the street from my office. EUREKA! Well, much to my surprise not only did I find a well stocked line of batteries and ejuices, I found a knowledgable, friendly staff. Alex went out of his way to let me try about 20 different juices and steered me towards a mod that would meet my needs. Nathan and Melanie have subsequently been very helpful and patient. I don't know about the rest of you, but for me it is often about the relationship, and I felt at ease here. And the juices are exceptional! My wife and I are new to vaping (having used it to quit smoking - Yay!), and we've been to this shop four times now, and every single time come away loving it more. It's set up almost like a bar, where you can sit and learn from the very knowledgeable staff, who are cool as they come (and also super hep on n3rd culture - a bonus for us!). They'll let you sample flavors and help you out with how to replace coils and tanks, and how to maximize the effects of your vape. They've allowed us to maximize sales and last visit, even gave me a free coil for one of the tanks I brought in to help fix, because I told them I'd purchased a full pack recently, which I couldn't find, and for some reason they couldn't sell me a single coil. I searched every vapor store in North Irving, but once I found Artisan, I knew my search was over. The house flavors out match most brand names, the prices beat any other vendor, and the customer service is on a level many businesses could learn a lesson from. As a novice, this is the first store that made me feel invited. Now somewhat experienced, the staff continues to teach me ways (no charge) to maximize my experience. I thought my Eleaf Aspire was broken; an easy opportunity to sell me a new mod, but Bradford and the guys took my piece, examined it, cleaned it and with a few minor repairs it is working good as new again at no charge, all out of the kindness of their heart. I'm from Boston and didn't even know places like this existed until a recent trip to Dallas. I expected an undercover head shop or simple retail store, but was surprised greatly. I walked past the store entrance, thinking that it was a sophisticated-looking neighborhood bar. Upon realizing my mistake, I entered and was greeted warmly by the two employees on duty: one, a professional-looking man in his mid-30s, sporting a suit; the other, an interesting looking character with a bushy beard, piercings, and a beanie. Nothing compares to the convenience of the locations, the comfort of the atmosphere, the caliber of the staff, the knowledge behind their recommendations, or the quality of their juices and products. Their flavor, forbidden fruit, has been my go-to vape juice for years, but they have an incredible selection if I ever feel like switching it up. I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years and they've always taken care of me. Each shop features different discounts so be sure to ask about those and capitalize on their holiday specials. I'm so happy to have found Artisan Vapor in Irving! I've been going to the Plano locations for a while, and work in Iriving so now I can stop by on my lunch break! Love the staff here, a nice girl and guy that always answer all my questions and don't mind me staying for a while to test all the flavors. I've got 2 units from these guys, first and ego and now a blue zmax. I'm looking forward to trying to learn rebuildables now. The design in these stores is amazing - nothing like other vapor stores. Amazing E-cig shop! This place has class and the variety is unmatchable. It's their second store in DFW and boy they are making some cool shops around DFW. They have their own brand of e-liquids manufactured in US. A total of 60 flavors to choose from and the manager told me there are 40 more to come soon. All the flavors are in 5 nicotine levels of 0, 8, 16, 24, and 30mg. I am a frequent e-cig user and have shopped around in most of DFW's vapor shops. This place is by far the most stylish and chic vapor shop I have seen so far. Way to go guys! read more

Been going to this shop for about 2 years now! I love all the guys here, they taught me all I know about vaping. They don't beat around the bush, and are the friendliest people you'll meet! They are the most honest salesmen you'll meet. If something isn't good, they'll tell you, wether it is a mod or liquid. They give their opinion but respect yours!!!
