My wife and I moved to Keller from San Antonio last June. I asked around to my co-workers who vape if they knew of any decent shops in the area. One suggestion was a competing shop on the same road, just North, only a few miles away. Since I was referred to the other shop, I went there first. It had to have been 5 mins 'til 7:00pm and the place was already shut down for the day? So, I took to Google. Found that Artisan was open for another hour and headed my way to my future new vape shop. I wanted to inquire about an upgrade from my previous Kanger beginner set up. It ended up being too simple of a rig and I wanted to see what would be the next suitable level for me. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a couple of employees that seemed friendly and sincere with helping me out. They had awesome music playing acting as some sort of ambience for the film they had showing on their flat screen. I immediately felt comfortable and kind of an "at home" feeling and even had the urge to want to order a beer once I sat down! Yeah, it's THAT laid back of a place! The two guys helping me out appeared very knowledgeable and seemed to be masters of their craft. The place is very chill. Even if the juice menu isn't that big, its sufficient enough to more easily find something you like without being overwhelmed. I've come to notice that there are regulars who go there just to hang out and relax after a long day and just have a good time! I see familiar faces every time I go in for a purchase. The rates are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding! Even if you know what you're doing, they have the hands on experience of opening the box of your newly purchased product and setting it up for you. Whereas other shops I had been to were more like, "here ya go, have a good day", they take the time to educate you. Pretty impressive. If there is ever a reason for me to have kept coming back over the course of 8 months, it's the products and more importantly, the phenomenal customer attentiveness and service! Even if it's packed with other customers and/or regular shop goers, you'll never wait longer than a minute or two! Glad I found this place when I did! This is the best place in town to buy e juice or wanting to get started buying vapor products prices are lower than everyone else the juices are excellent especially the breakfast club line which is the best cereal flavors ever and the cloud line is awesome too.The staff is very friendly and very helpful.They definitely know what there talking about vaping and will ensure if your new to the crowd of vaping you will know how to use your mod,tank,rda,box mod,whatever else by the time you leave and are always there if you have questions.If your ever in Keller definitely stop by and check them out for yourself there the best in town. read more

I have been going to this shop for a while now, and I'm surprised I haven't written a review yet... They are very helpful, have a great selection of starter kits, mods, RBAs, and their extensive taste of juices still amazes me! I bought my first high end mod here and first ever dripper, and guys working here helped me out a lot, they took me step by step on how to build, and helped enough that I was able to do it with ease when it came to rebuilding by myself. I LOVED this place. Was my first time in a vape shop in North Texas and I could not have been more satisfied with their customer service! Will helped me pick the vape thats right for me. Im a beginner so he didnt force any big mods or anything on me. He put it together for me in the store, filled it with juice (Hawaiian Pog Ice is amazing here btw), and dry pulled it for me to get the cotton soaking. Abby is also amazing! This is by far my favorite vapor store to go to. I on a regular basis drive to this one rather than the much closer vapor stores. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Will. They are very attentive to what you what and are ready to offer their best advise about what would best suit your wants and needs. There is also a very friendly environment. Great vape shop Jonathan was a huge help with helping me decide a flavor. He was very patient and worked with me through the process of also deciding what kind of vape is right for me. They have a great selection of juice and mods. The location is very convenient although even if it wasn't I would definitely visit anyways! This location is Very neat clean prompt and good prices. Awesome vape shop! Hunter is my favorite employee there and I think he's about to be manager. He is always so helpful and gets you exactly what you need/want, taking his time with you. He never makes you feel rushed or anything. If anything is ever wrong with a product (very rare), they always make it right too!
