ZERO STARS: But I can't give that rating. Literally the WORST experience with a company I have ever had. Abysmal communication, empty promises, lies, missed deadlines over and over and over. I cannot say enough about how terrible this company is. After an original timeline of 5 weeks for a small indoor sign, I had to cancel the payment going into the middle of the third month because the company refuses to deliver the product and just gives pathetic and endless excuses. I do not believe they ever even started work on the sign or intended to deliver it after taking thousands of dollars of my money. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE. Perhaps they think because I am a female they can push me around, lie to me, manipulate me, and just take my money, regardless, run! My order from March still did not arrive. I called several times and someone keeps telling me I am going to receive the order next week. Different people lying to me at different times. I can't get my money back from the credit card company because I waited more then 90 days as I was trying to obtain my order. They do not respond to the credit card company so I can't get my money back. Totally crooked business. read more

Amityville Horror! We got an estimate from Artisan in Late November. Frank was so helpful at first. Calling everyday to see if we needed to change something. We agreed to a price and everything looked hopeful on 12/22/17. They kept in contact with us for a week, then all of a sudden it was silent. We were promised a 3 week turn around. We FINALLY get in touch with someone around first week and February and they promised our signs are shipping. Two weeks later nothing. We then try to make contact for days before anyone would respond. We were told they had a fire, someone in a family had passed away, and also so-and-so just wasn't in the office. They finally shipped our product, we receive it end of February, and SURPRISE there were pieces missing (a whole entire set to be exact)! More countless emails and phone calls of trying to get through and finally we get an email back that says they have found the missing set and will send it out. A week goes by and we receive the missing set only to find out THEY STILL DID NOT SEND IT ALL! MORE phone calls and emails.. Mike finally picks up the phone on Monday 3-12-18 and says he sees the two missing parts laying on shipping table and he will overnight them personally. Well guess what we still don't have them and they yet AGAIN will not pick up the phone or email back. To say we have had a horrifying and unprofessional experience would be the understatement of the year. I would not recommend to any one! I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could. Don't EVER use this fake company. I'm behind in posting this, but my company tried to use them for signage work last year. We paid them and they kept promising the signs were on the way. They kept giving us new arrival dates because of a different delays. It's a year later and we still don't have those signs. After a while Frank and his team stopped answering our calls. You stole our money! You are a scumbag and I hope you end up paying for all of the customers you ripped off. I wouldn't even give you one star, but I'm required to. read more

Placed an order for multiple signs for a hospitality project, received only a small portion of the order. Order was placed last summer. Repeated calls and emails are completly ignored. Can't reach a human being via their phone system which just routes you through a series of extensions with no human answering any of them including the operator. Not sure what happened but seems like they've taken our money and ran. Not a reputable company, don't waste your time.This company has same address with multiple company names so they must be consistently just changing the name of their company to dodge unhappy clients. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! They will try to take your money and feed you lies. This place sucks plain and simple. Dominated by conniving people that will give you a perfectly fine mockup of your sign and then all of sudden stop taking your calls, emails and even lying to you and giving you fake tracking numbers. They will try to take your money and ignore you. I placed my order in November and stopped getting any feedback from them on the status of my sign in January and it is now March. This business is a scam. I received an estimate from Frank very quickly. As soon as I accepted the work drawings and paid he went missing. He does not answer emails or phone calls whatsoever.
