Was there on Father's Day doing the job of six people never lost his composure always had a smile and w stone there left feeling they got the personalized service that one would hope to get when doing a project like that. These are the type of kids you need to reward with raises and promotions. He had that entire copy center on lockdown with seven different Father's Day projects going and got them all done correctly with patience and worked with the customers. This is truly an unusual site these days as kids have kind of lost that work ethic, drive and sense of urgency. My…read morewife and I requested two skylight shades to be installed/ordered as this is well out of my scope of handyman expertise. The owner Joy originally sent her son to measure/give a written estimate and we shortly after arranged to drop off a deposit and have items ordered. Late evening the day before our scheduled drop off, we were called stating that they were increasing the price as the son had provided a bad quote. After arriving to the store and questioning this we were also told while they were happy to take the deposit that they were no longer sure they could do the job and would have to send a more senior person back to evaluate. When they came back, almost a week later, the actual installer had to remeasure, as the owner's son had measured improperly as well, but said the job was of course doable. At that time the team seemed apologetic for the inconvenience and told us that if we trusted them they would make it right. As such, we decided as we had already invested the time to give the deposit and we were told they would be ready 4 weeks later for install. 2 weeks after, my wife called for an update and we were informed the shades shipped and due in the next day or two, but that since it was their busy season would not be able to schedule install until several weeks later (~5 week since ordering). 1 week prior to install we get a message saying they have to push back the date of install because the blinds weren't actually in/never even shipped. When talking to her son, he blamed a long term employee that "doesn't know how to use the computer" and when talking to Joy the owner, she states the person who originally told us everything was in while admittedly incompetent had worked their forever and allows it cause she is a loyal person. She then verbally berated me over the phone for making them upset! Do yourself a favor and go to a real store. These folks lie, continually change their story and misled us, particularly after taking our money. This experience has been nothing but a headache and a waste of our time.

Everyone at this location radiated positivity and I gave it right back. I travel from Brooklyn and travel to different areas daily and this one made me feel so at home. I created 3 labels and assembled packages to go out using the QR label feature . The manager was able to find my fed ex account and print out training materials for me to onboard my new hire. I overheard their customer service with other clients and they went above and beyond even when the client wasn't the most polite. The value I received here was priceless!

not a good experience, i understand we are in a pandemic and small businesses are not doing well…read more but my ink did not work i bought multiple cartridges and none proceeded to work properly. i came in an hour later to return them and the owner was making me feel bad for returning them and telling me to bring in my printer saying it's the printer and not the cartridges. meanwhile my printer otherwise has been perfectly well off. this was a very uncomfortable situation for me
