It is a very nice community. I would say mostly all owners but some do rent, maybe 30% just a guess. It's a small pleasant community. The only negative thing I can say is the monthly hoa fees have increased more than they should which is making it harder and harder to afford along with property and school tax it's getting hard to manage. I also pay for him and my cat AS PER THE LEASE. Nevermind the MANY MANY MANY people how have OVERSIZED DOGS which I will assume are not paid since as per the LEASE are not allowed. If these office people would get off there backside every few years or so.. they might see how discusting this place is. People also have cats galore in there apartment. R they paid ? I dont know but I'd venture to say NO. Commercial Vehicles not allowed night (i believe). You'll see. There are unregistered vehicles taking up spots and trailers also taking up spots as well as COMMERCIAL VEHICLES and then wen there r not enough spots(which happens quite often...ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS) THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO PUT THOSE STICKERS(THE ONES THAT DONT COME OFF) on ur drivers side window. Im sure there's more but im tired. If the money is an issue....its better than living in the woods..NOT BY MUCH YOU'VE BEEN WARNED......

DO NOT RENT A UNIT AT THIS PROPERTY - Fairfield will not be forthcoming and it's illegal for them to rent an apartment with a known infestation (however, that did not stop them from renting it to my new neighbor), but it's Fairfield - they don't care about the law. Also, the clause in our lease that says Fairfield is not responsible for infestations is a LIE and is not legally enforceable. Know your rights.

The smoke is going through the vents and polluting our apartment. After calling and emailing non stop for help , they finally answered us. We have 4 months left on our lease and the best they can do for us is charge us $5760 and another months rent $2280 to break the lease and lose our deposit. That's $8040 and no deposit back for asking to break lease 4 months early. They claimed to look into my downstairs neighbors smoking . They didn't , I asked. If something is wrong with our baby , I swear !!
