It is a very nice community. I would say mostly all owners but some do rent, maybe 30% just a guess. It's a small pleasant community. The only negative thing I can say is the monthly hoa fees have increased more than they should which is making it harder and harder to afford along with property and school tax it's getting hard to manage. I have a few friends sell because of the hoa fees and assessments.

If these office people would get off there backside every few years or so.. they might see how discusting this place is. People also have cats galore in there apartment. R they paid ? I dont know but I'd venture to say NO. Commercial Vehicles not allowed night (i believe). You'll see. There are unregistered vehicles taking up spots and trailers also taking up spots as well as COMMERCIAL VEHICLES and then wen there r not enough spots(which happens quite often...ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS) THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO PUT THOSE STICKERS(THE ONES THAT DONT COME OFF) on ur drivers side window. As previous reviews have stated, the new management company (it's been a few years now) and all the renovations and updates to the pools, clubhouse, gym, sauna, sidewalks, parking, new central air units, clubhouse patio area with BBQ and seating, and being able to rent the clubhouse for parties give this neighborhood a resort feel. I can only speak from personal experience, and the management staff has always been courteous, respectful, and attentive. With 700+ units in the development, you have to realize it's a busy office, and people don't usually stop in to the office unless they have a problem or need something (translation: irate). My only wish is that there was a handyman in the neighborhood for my individual, indoor decor work for hire.
