They came to the house and assessed both pieces and worked with me on a convenient time for them to come pick them up. There was a dresser with two broken legs and a cedar chest with a broken leg. The dresser had other damage underneath as well. They completed the repairs and returned the items in about a week. I couldn't be happier with the service and care they took with my furniture.
