This total amount ended up being far more than what we anticipated and were told on numerous occasions. After asking why she couldn't stick with her original quote she claimed shipping, but then said she hadn't received the bill for shipping yet when i asked how much it was. Maybe the other sales reps are better but Michelle did a poor job communicating and I am very disappointed with the customer service we received.
