We had to have her eye removed, there was no saving it. Our vet told us this happened several days before she called us, so our baby suffered in pain for days! And our 3 dogs were also covered in urine. This is a disgusting establishment and she only cares about money, not the safety of your animals!

During winter, it's not easy to have him socialize with other dogs, due to it being too cold outside. I considered this as an option. I went there, didn't know the best time or day to go there(more on this later). At the time I went in, I guess other owners were picking up their dogs. Was told I needed a copy of all vet vaccinations. I had a copy of the dog license in the car(which you can't get without all vaccinations). He didn't care, and I guess that is policy, so I kinda understood that. I asked when would be a good time for an intake interview? I saw he was busy, understandable. He gave me his business card. I asked him when would be a good day and time to call him. He said anytime. Now, if he is busy at the moment, apparently anything could come up at any time. I do not like using the phone. Prefer not to. Would if absolutely necessary. He seems to have a flow of customers. Maybe he isn't taking on new clients(would make sense). I don't know much about him or his business(this was my first impression). Maybe rubbed me the wrong way/no idea.

When I called they told me that they weren't accepting clients at this time, but that they would take my dogs since my friend referred me, and she'd been bringing her dog to them for years. I waited two months for my appointment. When I arrived there this morning, I was a bit surprised when the owner asked me if I weren't from the area. It was as though she could not understand why I didn't have a groomer already. But she seemed coolly polite, so I didn't give it that much thought, especially as grooming can be difficult work. I told her that one of my dogs, Molly, a Maltese, had been in a puppy mill for five years. Since none of her former groomers had experienced any problems with her, my only concern was that she'd be frightened. Later on, when I returned to pick up my dogs, the owner told me that she had a great deal of trouble with Molly, though she had no problem with Rosie, the Havanese. She let me understand that she would not be grooming Molly anymore. I was surprised, to say the least. Psychologically, I felt that she was shutting the door in my face. I know that she didn't really have a problem with Molly. She obviously wanted to appear a certain way to the person who'd recommended me. She used Molly, an unfortunate puppy mill dog, to close her door on me.
