We talked about a timeline. He stated he would get a plan and bid to me. He understood I need approval from the HOA. A week and a half later I called for an update. I spoke to an employee who stated she would get the message to him and he would get right back to me. A week later, there has been no call, no bid, no plan. I accepted a bid from someone else finally. I still have not heard from Green Diamond. Not even a call to say the job is too small or beyond their scope, or they are too busy. From my experience, I would say they are unreliable and lacking in communication skills and customer service. Sorry to say I can't recommend them.
