We have been struggling to contain our dogs during this time frame and had to go buy an electric fence for the time being. Their excuse is there are schools up in Tahoe that needed to be finished first. Shouldn't those have been finished over summer. Maybe don't take the contract if you can't complete the work. Branden got my fence complete in about 10 days during all kinds of inclement weather in early December. We got lucky because it did not snow too much. Appliances are cheap and will need to be replaced within the year. The master bath is small. Looks more like a second bathroom. The backyard is a joke we could not use it unless we put in a 66 by 8 foot deck, which is extremely expensive. The microwave is 40 inches above the stove. Being 5"1" I cannot safely remove something hot from it. We have asked them to work with us and so far no one has talked to us. We are disappointed with the lack of professionalism and support, but still hoping for their help.
