Artistic Iron Works is well known for security doors, gates, and other custom ironworks. They are located downtown and have all kinds of artwork to embellish your castle. They so many things inside that you just have to see for yourself. They sell tree ornaments. Whirly things on sticks, stone adorned turtles, ironworks butterflies, lots of ironworks flowers, plants, trees, and lots of aliens, rocket ships, and MUCH MORE! We purchased our security door here. I thought it was much nicer than what I saw at Lowes and Home Depot. I also purchased several other small things that I thought looked nice like ironwork flowers that I placed in a pot by my front door. Everything I purchased seems like very good quality and the people working there were helpful and efficient. They were even nice enough to give me a discount on my recent purchase because of my previous purchases. They also have a spin the wheel discount inside if you do a Yelp while you are there. Glad I came to the right place had gone to others and no luck everything was generic but here it's unique, colorful and catches your eye. They talk about their quality and powder coating that is used on their security doors so we purchased 2 large double door security doors and 2 single wide security doors for $6400. After one year they begin to show rust and I'm told I'll have to pay them to come out and spray paint over the rust. Not Acceptable! We hardly get any rain here in Las Vegas and the powder coating should be good for at least 10 years. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Do yourself a favor and find another vendor. read more

After researching multiple companies to redo our railing in our home we decided to go with artistic iron works because their sales representative Dallas said they would install our railing in 1-2 days. This was important to us because we have small children in the home and did not want to be without a railing. We put down the deposit to secure our spot, even though there was a 3 month lead time. We were never given an official contract stating their refund and cancellation policy, just a quote for the bid and a receipt for our $6800 deposit. After I contacted them multiple times asking for a status update, we are told it would actually be two weeks without a railing. I explained that we were misled by Dallas and have proof on our ring camera that he lied about the install time. We would have gone with another company had we known this information. The company is now refusing our refund (even though we never signed a contract with them) and we are proceeding with filing a charge back with the bank and then will continue to small claims. They pulled a bait and switch and are refusing a refund, holding onto a large sum of money. When asked they were unable to come up with a contract because we never received or signed one. read more

I was not satisfied with the gentleman who came out to my home. He seemed rushed and did not show me about the variety of products. When I requested to have my gate lower than he measured he just said, "there are rocks there". They were the 2" rocks from the landscaper. He did not see if the 2" rocks could be moved so I could have the gate lower. I called the next day, to see about having someone else ease my concerns and discuss the product. I was told to find another company. Very disappointed, as I know they do good work. I just expected more from my consultation. read more
