What a PHENOMENAL JOB-thank you again Paintmasters (see my 5 star review 10 years ago)! As per our HOA, we needed to have our exterior painted. We called Paintmasters and are so glad we did. They got the job done on time, were professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and meticulous with detail and cleanliness. We asked them to remove the foam trim on the balcony and garage doors as well. They did this so efficiently and cleanly and it looks seamless, like that's how it should have looked. I attached a couple photos of the covers they put all around the house including covering the patios, pool and driveway. I had to get my house trim painted because of my HOA and I found this company that had awesome reviews. I thought that I would give them a chance. I called the number listed on Yelp and a very helpful lady answered. An appointment was set up with a project manager. A quote was given and the pricing seemed to be reasonable. Within two weeks the guys showed up and painted my trim in less than six hours. I repeated this whole process again about three years later. This time around, the HOA noticed the rest of the outside house painting because the trim painting looked so good. The HOA came back with letter stating that I needed to get my entire house painted, except for the trim. It had been 20 years since my house had its last paint job. So once again I called up Paint Masters. They showed up on a scheduled Monday, pressure washed the entire house and raked the rocks away from the house. Then on a Wednesday, the entire house was seal patched, taped off, and then painted. That process took three guys around 7 hours. They did a spectacular job! We are slowly renovating our house, one room at a time. In February 2023, we started on the front room. We wanted to replace the 20 year old wallpaper and paint the walls, as well as replace the old and icky carpeting. Previous home owners had dogs, kids and tigers... After getting a few estimates, we selected Paint Masters because they gave us a good thorough estimate with clear communications. Since we decided to install tile in place of the carpeting, we ended up splitting the job -- they came in and removed the wallpaper and baseboard, did wall repairs and painted the walls and ceiling. Then we had the tile installed, and Paint Masters came back to install the baseboards and do random touch up. It is truly a family operation, we met cousins and fathers as they did the work. Our process started with a free estimate from Alan who came out to see everything we needed done and gave some suggestions too. Then Angie from their office got us set up with our paint appointments and then Omar the project manager came out a week before our job was to be started to go over everything and take measurements and explain the process and times painters would be arriving. Everything was well organized from start to finish. After all of our painting was done we were scheduled to have our interior stairs epoxied as well, something we were very nervous about doing but about 4 days before that project was to start Alan from PaintMaster came out to check on the painting and to show us new samples of epoxy we could choose from. This Was a complete and unexpected surprise, but he was in the area and decided to swing by. It Was the perfect touch to already excellent customer service. All of the painting crew were very professional, courteous and asked questions first when they were unsure about how we may have wanted something painted. The whole experience was a good one and we will absolutely use this company again. Our HOA sent me a notice that the entire development where we have a rental home had to paint their homes and, as HOA's do, they limited the choices and had a pretty short timeline. We live out of state, so Yelp reviews to the rescue. Paint Masters & Moulding topped the review list, so I contacted them. They were very responsive and got an appointment set with the tenant to come review the job. I received an estimate the same day. In terms of the actual job, they pressure wash and scrape as needed. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the house looks very good. I doubt they're the cheapest, but when you're dealing with one of your largest assets, you want the best and not the cheapest. We had our house exterior painted this past November. We had gotten 4 quotes and theirs was on the lower end, but not the lowest. We decided to use them for many reasons, reviews, a company that has been doing this for a long time, what was included in the estimate and communication. Very thorough and experts in their field. While we painted the same base and trim colors. We changed up the garage and front door. And the front door had been a super dark blue to bright yellow. So, before and after photos here will not be that obvious. But it is as you get closer to the house. They came out to power wash a few days before and then to again to scrape/fill/patch beforehand and did more during the first day or painting. I have yet to work with a company that was always early or on time. They did an amazing job to prep the house for painting. Covered all items needed and took down or moved some things we forgot to. And upon leaving cleaned it all up. We had an issue on the garage side with an entire piece of wall falling out when they began scraping to fill due to the previous owners doing a crappy job covering up where an old AC probably was. They alerted us right away and while it cost extra ( of course) They were able to fix it before painting. There was one tiny area, maybe 2 inches on the back patio near a cord that they missed fill/paint. Came back in a timely manner to fix it. We want to get the best people for the job, be it painting, landscaping, etc. Communication is so key and they get an A+ for that. We are super happy with everything that transpired. We would not hesitate to use them again for painting and recommend them to anyone who needs it. read more

A year after his initial quote we were finally ready to have the house painted. team. Hector (project manager) was a pleasure, and he addressed all of our concerns with absolute patience while we made a few final decisions on colors. The men who came to do the power washing and the team that painted, were all incredibly professional and courteous. Everything was covered and taped off. They also did an amazing job at the final touch ups. I also really appreciated all of the follow up calls from Valerie.
